Administrador Middleware (WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss y Tomcat)

Acerca del puesto

Buscamos un Administrador Middleware con experiencia en soporte y administración de servidores de aplicaciones Java en entornos empresariales. Será responsable de la operación, mantenimiento, monitoreo y soporte de plataformas middleware, así como de la ejecución de despliegues, atención de incidencias y coordinación con equipos de infraestructura y desarrollo dentro de un entorno corporativo del sector financiero.

Responsabilidades

  • Administrar y brindar soporte a servidores de aplicaciones en ambientes no productivos para LATAM.
  • Instalar, configurar y mantener plataformas middleware.
  • Ejecutar despliegues de aplicaciones Java (WAR/EAR) en distintos ambientes.
  • Atender incidencias, requerimientos y cambios relacionados con la infraestructura middleware.
  • Realizar análisis y solución de problemas de nivel intermedio.
  • Monitorear servicios, procesos y desempeño de servidores de aplicaciones.
  • Revisar logs de aplicaciones y sistemas operativos para diagnóstico de incidentes.
  • Aplicar configuraciones básicas de seguridad y administración de certificados.
  • Documentar configuraciones, procedimientos operativos e incidencias recurrentes.
  • Coordinar actividades con equipos de desarrollo, sistemas operativos, redes y áreas internas.
  • Participar en procesos de control de cambios y cumplimiento de buenas prácticas operativas.

Requisitos Indispensables

Middleware / Servidores de Aplicaciones

  • IBM WebSphere Application Server.
  • Oracle WebLogic Server.
  • JBoss EAP.
  • Apache Tomcat.

Sistemas Operativos

Conocimientos básicos de:

  • Linux.
  • AIX.

Experiencia en:

  • Comandos de administración.
  • Revisión y análisis de logs.
  • Administración básica de procesos y servicios.
  • Permisos y estructura de archivos.

Experiencia

  • De 3 a 5 años en administración y soporte de plataformas middleware.
  • Experiencia en sector bancario o financiero.
  • Inglés técnico para lectura de documentación y soporte.

IBM WebSphere Application Server

  • Versiones 8.5.x y 9.0.x.
  • Perfiles Standalone y Network Deployment (ND).
  • Configuración básica de JVM.
  • Administración de DataSources.
  • Despliegue de aplicaciones.

Oracle WebLogic Server

  • Versiones 10.3.3 y 12c (12.2.x).
  • Administración de dominios.
  • Managed Servers.
  • JDBC DataSources.
  • Configuración operativa básica.

JBoss EAP

  • Versiones 6.x y 7.x.
  • Standalone Mode.
  • Configuración básica de subsistemas.
  • Administración de logs y deployments.

Apache Tomcat

  • Versiones 7, 8 y 9.
  • Configuración básica de conectores.
  • Contextos.
  • DataSources.

IBM MQ

  • Creación y configuración de Queue Managers.
  • Administración de colas locales.
  • Configuración de canales y listeners.
  • Soporte y monitoreo de colas.
  • Revisión de logs y diagnóstico de incidencias.

Seguridad

  • Administración básica de certificados SSL/TLS.
  • Manejo de keystores y truststores (JKS).
