Descripción General

Buscamos un Consultor Senior especializado en Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server Subscription Edition y Microsoft Power Platform, responsable del análisis, diseño, implementación, administración y evolución de soluciones empresariales para entornos corporativos del sector financiero.

La posición requiere experiencia en arquitectura de plataformas SharePoint, automatización de procesos, desarrollo de aplicaciones empresariales, inteligencia de negocios y colaboración digital, participando activamente en proyectos de transformación digital y optimización de procesos de negocio.

Responsabilidades

SharePoint Online y SharePoint Server

  • Analizar, diseñar, desarrollar, probar e implementar soluciones basadas en SharePoint Online y SharePoint Server.
  • Diseñar arquitecturas de SharePoint Server para ambientes productivos internos y externos.
  • Dimensionar infraestructura para implementaciones de SharePoint Server Subscription Edition.
  • Instalar, configurar, administrar y optimizar granjas de servidores SharePoint.
  • Configurar Administración Central y aplicaciones de servicio.
  • Implementar y optimizar el servicio de búsqueda empresarial.
  • Diseñar y administrar colecciones de sitios, listas y bibliotecas documentales.
  • Definir y administrar tipos de contenido y metadatos empresariales.
  • Configurar perfiles de usuario, permisos, seguridad y ambientes colaborativos.
  • Diseñar mejoras de experiencia de usuario y modernización de portales.

Microsoft Power Platform

  • Desarrollar aplicaciones empresariales mediante Power Apps.
  • Diseñar y automatizar procesos utilizando Power Automate.
  • Construir dashboards, reportes y modelos analíticos mediante Power BI.
  • Integrar soluciones de Power Platform con SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams y otros servicios de Microsoft 365.

Inteligencia Artificial y Automatización

  • Diseñar e implementar agentes inteligentes utilizando Microsoft Copilot Studio.
  • Desarrollar bots y asistentes conversacionales para automatización de procesos y atención interna.

Gestión de Proyectos

  • Participar en el levantamiento de requerimientos funcionales y técnicos.
  • Realizar análisis de viabilidad técnica y funcional de soluciones.
  • Coordinar actividades de implementación y despliegue.
  • Dar seguimiento a proyectos asegurando cumplimiento de alcance, tiempos y calidad.
  • Brindar soporte y asesoría técnica a usuarios y áreas de negocio.

Requisitos

Experiencia

  • 5+ años de experiencia en Microsoft SharePoint Online y/o SharePoint Server.
  • 3+ años de experiencia en sector bancario o financiero.
  • Experiencia comprobable en implementación de soluciones Microsoft 365.
  • Experiencia en proyectos de automatización y transformación digital.
