Objetivo del Puesto

Diseñar, definir e implementar arquitecturas cloud escalables, resilientes, seguras y alineadas a los objetivos del negocio, liderando iniciativas de transformación digital, modernización tecnológica y migración hacia entornos cloud públicos, privados e híbridos.

Será responsable de establecer estándares de arquitectura, mejores prácticas, gobierno tecnológico y estrategias de adopción cloud, garantizando alta disponibilidad, seguridad, optimización de costos y desempeño de las soluciones.

Responsabilidades

Arquitectura y Diseño

  • Diseñar arquitecturas empresariales utilizando servicios IaaS, PaaS y SaaS.
  • Definir estándares, patrones de arquitectura y frameworks tecnológicos.
  • Diseñar soluciones altamente disponibles, escalables y tolerantes a fallos.
  • Evaluar y seleccionar tecnologías cloud de acuerdo con los requerimientos del negocio.
  • Diseñar arquitecturas híbridas y multicloud cuando sea necesario.
  • Establecer lineamientos de seguridad, gobernanza y cumplimiento regulatorio.

Migración y Modernización

  • Liderar iniciativas de migración de aplicaciones y servicios hacia la nube.
  • Definir estrategias de rehosting, replatforming, refactoring y modernización.
  • Analizar riesgos, dependencias y viabilidad técnica de cargas de trabajo.
  • Elaborar roadmaps de transformación digital y adopción cloud.
  • Participar en la definición de estrategias de continuidad operativa y recuperación ante desastres.

DevOps y Automatización

  • Diseñar e impulsar estrategias de CI/CD.
  • Implementar Infrastructure as Code (IaC) para automatizar el aprovisionamiento de infraestructura.
  • Promover prácticas DevSecOps y automatización operativa.
  • Integrar herramientas de monitoreo, observabilidad y gestión centralizada de logs.
  • Colaborar con equipos de desarrollo, infraestructura, seguridad y operaciones.

Requisitos

Experiencia

  • 5+ años de experiencia en tecnologías de información.
  • 3+ años de experiencia como Arquitecto Cloud o posiciones similares.
  • 3+ años de experiencia en sector bancario o financiero.
  • Experiencia participando en proyectos de transformación digital y migración cloud.
  • Inglés conversacional avanzado (mínimo 80%).
