Estamos buscando un Batch QA Engineer con experiencia en certificación de procesos batch y pruebas funcionales en plataformas bancarias. Esta posición será responsable de validar cambios, ejecutar pruebas de extremo a extremo y asegurar la calidad de los procesos antes de su liberación a producción, colaborando con equipos de desarrollo, infraestructura y operación.

¿Qué harás?

  • Ejecutar y certificar procesos batch en diferentes plataformas tecnológicas.
  • Diseñar, documentar y ejecutar matrices y casos de prueba para proyectos de mediana y alta complejidad.
  • Validar procesos e interfaces en ambientes iSeries, Tandem, Linux y Windows.
  • Supervisar la correcta ejecución de procesos batch y transferencias de archivos mediante SFTP.
  • Analizar resultados de las pruebas e identificar la causa raíz de incidencias o fallas.
  • Trabajar de manera conjunta con los equipos de Desarrollo e Infraestructura para la resolución de defectos.
  • Registrar y dar seguimiento a incidencias, tareas y documentación utilizando Jira y Confluence.
  • Evaluar el impacto y riesgo de cambios antes de su liberación a producción.
  • Participar en reuniones de seguimiento con equipos multidisciplinarios para reportar avances y resultados de las pruebas.
  • Emitir recomendaciones para la liberación de código a producción con base en los resultados de las validaciones realizadas.

Buscamos a alguien con

Requisitos indispensables

  • Licenciatura en Sistemas, Informática, Ingeniería en Computación o carrera afín.
  • Al menos 1 año de experiencia en el sector bancario.
  • Experiencia ejecutando pruebas funcionales y certificación de procesos batch.
  • Conocimientos en plataformas AIX, Linux, Windows, IBM i (iSeries/AS400) y HP NonStop (Tandem).
  • Experiencia ejecutando comandos CL en IBM i (iSeries).
  • Conocimiento en procesos batch y validación de interfaces entre plataformas.
  • Experiencia realizando pruebas de transferencias de archivos mediante SFTP.
  • Elaboración y ejecución de matrices y casos de prueba.
  • Manejo de Jira y Confluence para gestión de incidencias y documentación.
  • Conocimientos de Shell Script.
  • Inglés básico.

Será un plus si cuentas con experiencia en

  • Plataforma Datapro.
  • Autoriza7.
  • Certificación de aplicaciones financieras.
  • Procesos de integración entre plataformas bancarias.
