Full Stack Java Developer

Buscamos un Full Stack Java Developer con experiencia en el desarrollo de aplicaciones empresariales de alta disponibilidad. Será responsable del análisis, diseño, desarrollo, implementación y soporte de soluciones críticas para el negocio, participando en proyectos de modernización tecnológica bajo arquitecturas de microservicios y entornos cloud.

Trabajará de manera colaborativa con equipos multidisciplinarios para desarrollar soluciones escalables, seguras y de alto rendimiento, aplicando buenas prácticas de desarrollo y metodologías ágiles.

Responsabilidades

  • Analizar requerimientos funcionales y convertirlos en soluciones técnicas.
  • Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener aplicaciones Full Stack utilizando Java y tecnologías web modernas.
  • Construir y consumir servicios REST y arquitecturas basadas en microservicios.
  • Desarrollar interfaces de usuario utilizando React.
  • Participar en la implementación de aplicaciones sobre plataformas cloud (Azure, AWS o GCP).
  • Desarrollar soluciones bajo estándares de calidad, seguridad y alta disponibilidad.
  • Colaborar en procesos de integración y entrega continua (CI/CD).
  • Elaborar documentación técnica y participar en revisiones de código.
  • Brindar soporte durante pruebas funcionales, pruebas de usuario y liberaciones a producción.
  • Participar activamente en ceremonias ágiles y colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios.

Requisitos

Indispensables

  • Experiencia desarrollando aplicaciones con Java 8, 11 o 17.
  • Dominio de Spring Boot.
  • Experiencia en desarrollo Front-End con React.
  • Conocimientos de Node.js.
  • Desarrollo e integración de servicios REST.
  • Experiencia con arquitecturas de microservicios.
  • Manejo de Docker y Kubernetes.
  • Experiencia en plataformas cloud: Azure, AWS o Google Cloud Platform.
  • Conocimientos en bases de datos SQL Server, DB2 y bases de datos NoSQL.
  • Manejo de Git y herramientas de construcción como Maven o Gradle.
  • Experiencia con Jenkins y procesos CI/CD.
  • Conocimiento de JUnit y Mockito para pruebas automatizadas.
  • Desarrollo con HTML, CSS y SASS.
  • Sólidos conocimientos de Programación Orientada a Objetos, Design Patterns y Domain-Driven Design.
  • Experiencia trabajando bajo metodologías Agile (Scrum o Kanban).
  • Conocimientos de Test Driven Development (TDD).

Deseable

  • Experiencia en banca o servicios financieros.
  • Implementación de OAuth2.
  • Experiencia con Cucumber.
  • Herramientas de calidad y seguridad como SonarQube, Fortify, BlackDuck y WebInspect.
  • Conocimientos de Apache Velocity y Apache Groovy.

Inglés

  • Nivel intermedio (lectura de documentación técnica y comunicación en proyectos internacionales).
