Objetivo del puesto

Liderar la gestión financiera, la planeación estratégica, el control de gestión y el cumplimiento financiero de la operación en México, así como supervisar y coordinar las actividades financieras de las afiliadas en otros países de Latinoamérica. Será responsable de garantizar la integridad de la información financiera, el cumplimiento regulatorio, la optimización del capital de trabajo y el soporte financiero para la toma de decisiones de la Dirección Regional.

Responsabilidades

Gestión Financiera Regional

  • Supervisar los procesos financieros y contables de México y otros países de Latinoamérica.
  • Consolidar los resultados financieros regionales de forma mensual, trimestral y anual.
  • Analizar variaciones contra presupuesto, forecast y resultados de años anteriores.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas corporativas y controles internos.

Planeación Financiera y Análisis (FP&A)

  • Liderar el proceso regional de presupuesto anual y forecast mensual/trimestral.
  • Desarrollar modelos financieros que apoyen la toma de decisiones estratégicas.
  • Monitorear indicadores clave de desempeño (KPIs) financieros y operativos.
  • Presentar análisis financieros a la Gerencia General, CFO y equipo ejecutivo.

Control de Gestión

  • Supervisar la rentabilidad por país, línea de negocio y cliente.
  • Implementar iniciativas orientadas a mejorar márgenes, flujo de caja y eficiencia operativa.
  • Coordinar revisiones mensuales de desempeño con líderes regionales.

Tesorería y Capital de Trabajo

  • Gestionar el flujo de caja regional y la liquidez.
  • Supervisar cuentas por cobrar, cuentas por pagar y políticas de crédito.
  • Optimizar el capital de trabajo y las necesidades de financiamiento.

Cumplimiento, Impuestos y Auditoría

  • Coordinar procesos de auditoría interna y externa.
  • Supervisar el cumplimiento fiscal y regulatorio en los países bajo su responsabilidad.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de los requisitos legales y corporativos.

Soporte Estratégico

  • Participar en evaluaciones de inversiones, adquisiciones y proyectos de expansión regional.
  • Elaborar análisis de rentabilidad, business cases y estudios de retorno de inversión (ROI).
  • Actuar como socio estratégico de los líderes de negocio y del área comercial.

Liderazgo Regional

  • Gestionar y desarrollar equipos financieros locales.
  • Coordinar la relación con contadores externos, auditores y asesores fiscales en cada país.
  • Impulsar la estandarización de procesos y la adopción de mejores prácticas financieras a nivel regional.

Requisitos

Formación académica

  • Licenciatura en Finanzas, Contabilidad, Economía o Administración.
  • Deseable Maestría en Finanzas o MBA.

Experiencia

  • De 8 a 12 años de experiencia en finanzas corporativas.
  • Mínimo 5 años liderando equipos financieros.
  • Experiencia regional administrando operaciones en múltiples países de Latinoamérica (deseable).
  • Experiencia en empresas multinacionales de tecnología, servicios, software o ciberseguridad (deseable).
  • Experiencia en consolidación financiera multimoneda.

Conocimientos técnicos

  • Planeación financiera (FP&A).
  • Consolidación financiera regional.
  • Elaboración y administración de presupuestos y forecasting.
  • Gestión de tesorería y flujo de caja.
  • Normas IFRS y/o US GAAP.
  • Impuestos corporativos en Latinoamérica.
  • Manejo de Power BI, Excel avanzado y ERP como SAP, Oracle, NetSuite o similares.

Idiomas

  • Español e inglés básico.
