Software Engineer Specialist (Python | Data Engineering | Cloud)

Buscamos un Software Engineer Specialist con sólida experiencia en Python y Data Engineering para diseñar, desarrollar y optimizar soluciones de datos que soporten analítica, reportes operativos e integraciones con diferentes plataformas. La posición participará en iniciativas de principio a fin, incluyendo ingestión, transformación, migración y orquestación de datos, trabajando con arquitecturas modernas en la nube y soluciones orientadas a eventos.

Responsabilidades

  • Diseñar y desarrollar pipelines de datos utilizando Python para procesos batch y streaming.
  • Implementar procesos ETL/ELT para integración y transformación de datos.
  • Diseñar modelos de datos y desarrollar consultas SQL de alto rendimiento.
  • Ejecutar migraciones de datos entre plataformas on-premise y ambientes cloud.
  • Configurar y administrar procesos de orquestación, monitoreo y optimización de cargas de trabajo.
  • Implementar soluciones de integración basadas en eventos utilizando Kafka o tecnologías similares.
  • Diseñar flujos de datos desde diferentes fuentes hacia Data Lake y plataformas analíticas.
  • Colaborar con áreas de negocio para traducir requerimientos en soluciones técnicas.
  • Implementar buenas prácticas de calidad, seguridad, gobierno de datos y documentación técnica.
  • Participar en procesos de automatización mediante herramientas de CI/CD e infraestructura como código.

Requisitos

Indispensables

  • 5 a 8 años de experiencia en desarrollo de software con enfoque en Python para soluciones de datos.
  • Experiencia en SQL avanzado y modelado de datos.
  • Conocimiento de herramientas ETL/ELT.
  • Experiencia con Kafka o plataformas de event streaming.
  • Experiencia en Azure, AWS o Google Cloud Platform.
  • Conocimiento de Data Lake y almacenamiento de datos.
  • Experiencia optimizando procesos batch y cargas de trabajo.
  • Experiencia en estrategias de migración de datos (Full Load, Incremental y CDC).
  • Manejo de GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps o GitLab.
  • Experiencia con Docker y Terraform.
  • Capacidad para análisis funcional y documentación técnica.

Deseables

  • Integración con CRM como Salesforce o HubSpot.
  • Conocimiento de Domain-Driven Design, Data Contracts o Event Sourcing.
  • Experiencia en pipelines de Machine Learning y MLOps.
  • Manejo de herramientas de Business Intelligence como Power BI, Tableau o Looker.
  • Experiencia en sector bancario o financiero.

Inglés

  • Nivel intermedio (capaz de leer documentación técnica y participar en conversaciones laborales).
