Estamos en búsqueda de un Lead Developer / TIBCO Technical Lead para integrarse a nuestro equipo tecnológico.

Buscamos un profesional técnico senior, altamente hands-on, capaz de combinar desarrollo de integraciones empresariales, diseño de soluciones, pensamiento arquitectónico y liderazgo técnico.

El candidato ideal tendrá experiencia sólida con TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW), BWCE y BusinessEvents (BE) y será capaz de tomar ownership de soluciones técnicas desde el diseño hasta la implementación.

¿Qué harás?

- Diseñar e implementar soluciones de integración empresarial utilizando tecnologías TIBCO.- Desarrollar y mantener servicios de integración utilizando TIBCO BW y BWCE.- Trabajar con TIBCO BusinessEvents (BE) y soluciones de integración orientadas a eventos.- Convertir requerimientos funcionales y de negocio en soluciones técnicas.- Definir arquitectura, patrones e interfaces de integración.- Proporcionar liderazgo técnico al equipo de desarrollo.- Revisar diseños técnicos y código.- Definir estándares y buenas prácticas de desarrollo.- Resolver problemas complejos de integración y producción.- Realizar análisis de causa raíz.- Colaborar con arquitectos, developers, QA, DevOps y stakeholders.- Participar en estimaciones y planeación técnica.- Mentorear a otros desarrolladores.- Asegurar soluciones escalables, mantenibles, confiables y de buen desempeño.

Requisitos

- 7+ años de experiencia en desarrollo de software/integración, preferentemente en ambientes enterprise.

- Experiencia hands-on sólida con TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW).- Experiencia hands-on sólida con TIBCO BWCE.- Experiencia con TIBCO BusinessEvents (BE).- Experiencia comprobable en Solution Design / Solution Architecture.- Experiencia previa en Technical Leadership.- Capacidad para diseñar soluciones de integración end-to-end.- Excelente capacidad analítica y de troubleshooting.- Comunicación efectiva con perfiles técnicos y de negocio.- Inglés profesional B2.- Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y remota.
