Responsable de liderar iniciativas estratégicas y proyectos de transformación digital dentro de la Banca, asegurando la correcta alineación entre los objetivos de negocio y las soluciones tecnológicas.

Será responsable de la planeación, ejecución, monitoreo y cierre de proyectos, garantizando el cumplimiento del alcance, presupuesto, cronograma y beneficios esperados para la organización.

Actuará como punto de coordinación entre equipos de negocio, tecnología y proveedores externos, facilitando la comunicación entre stakeholders locales y regionales, gestionando riesgos, dependencias y planes de mitigación para asegurar la entrega exitosa de las iniciativas.

Asimismo, deberá preparar reportes ejecutivos, dar seguimiento a indicadores clave y brindar visibilidad oportuna sobre el avance de los proyectos para apoyar la toma de decisiones.

El candidato ideal contará con experiencia en metodologías tradicionales y ágiles de gestión de proyectos (PMI y Scrum), así como en el uso de herramientas como Jira, Confluence, MS Project y Power BI.

Deberá demostrar habilidades de liderazgo, gestión de stakeholders, pensamiento estratégico y capacidad para trabajar en entornos dinámicos de transformación y evolución digital dentro del sector financiero.

Conocimientos y herramientas indispensables para ser considerado

Indispensable

  • Experiencia de 3 a 5 años en gestión de proyectos tecnológicos y de transformación digital dentro del sector financiero o bancario.
  • Dominio de metodologías tradicionales y ágiles de administración de proyectos (PMI, Scrum, Agile).
  • Experiencia en planeación, seguimiento y control de: Alcance Cronograma Riesgos Presupuesto Dependencias Entregables
  • Manejo avanzado de: Jira Confluence MS Project Power BI
  • Gestión y comunicación efectiva con stakeholders de negocio, tecnología, proveedores y liderazgo ejecutivo.
  • Experiencia elaborando reportes ejecutivos, seguimiento de indicadores y presentaciones de estatus para niveles directivos.
  • Inglés avanzado (bilingüe español-inglés) para interacción con equipos y stakeholders regionales.

Deseable

  • Experiencia en proyectos regionales o multicountry.
  • Conocimiento de canales digitales y sistemas core bancarios.
  • Certificación PMP o equivalente.
  • Certificación Scrum Master (CSM, PSM o similar).
  • Experiencia en iniciativas de transformación digital y modernización tecnológica en instituciones financieras.

  • Liderar la gestión integral de proyectos estratégicos y de transformación digital, desde su planeación hasta su implementación y cierre, asegurando el cumplimiento de alcance, cronograma, presupuesto, calidad y objetivos de negocio.
  • Coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios de negocio, tecnología y proveedores externos, gestionando dependencias, prioridades y recursos para garantizar la ejecución exitosa de las iniciativas y el logro de los resultados esperados.
  • Monitorear el avance de los proyectos mediante indicadores de desempeño, identificando riesgos, desviaciones e impactos potenciales, definiendo estrategias de mitigación y planes de acción oportunos.
  • Preparar y presentar reportes ejecutivos de estatus, métricas, riesgos y avances a la alta dirección y stakeholders clave, facilitando la toma de decisiones y asegurando la alineación con los objetivos estratégicos del negocio.
  • Aplicar metodologías de gestión de proyectos tradicionales y ágiles (PMI, Scrum), promoviendo mejores prácticas, mejora continua y una adecuada gobernanza durante todo el ciclo de vida del proyecto.
  • Utilizar herramientas como Jira, Confluence, MS Project y Power BI para el seguimiento de actividades, control de entregables, generación de reportes y monitoreo del desempeño de las iniciativas.
