El/La Facilitador(a) GBM WM AM Sr. concentra las funciones de Scrum Master, Project Manager y Analista de Negocio, liderando la planificación, coordinación, ejecución, implementación y cierre.

Es responsable de resultados de negocio, visibilidad de presupuesto, riesgos y métricas de desempeño, y de asegurar la trazabilidad desde la ideación hasta la puesta en producción.

La colaboración con equipos en Toronto exige inglés avanzado para la interlocución con stakeholders globales.

Asegura la entrega end-to-end de iniciativas estratégicas para Global Capital Markets, integrando negocio, tecnología y gobierno corporativo bajo marcos ágiles y regulatorios.

Es la cara ante el negocio desde Tecnología, orquesta equipos multidisciplinarios y garantiza valor, cumplimiento y calidad en cada entrega.

  • Mercado Fiduciario.
  • Riesgo de mercado, liquidez y contraparte.
  • Regulación de mercados ante Banxico y CNBV.
  • Dominio en práctica de ventas.

Describa brevemente las funciones del puesto

1) Liderazgo de entrega (Scrum Master / Project / Delivery)

  • Promueve una cultura centrada en el cliente y la entrega continua de valor, profundizando relaciones y aprovechando las capacidades del Banco.
  • Lidera la relación con los equipos involucrados en las iniciativas, asegurando entregas incrementales y la correcta gestión del backlog junto con el PO/patrocinador/usuario, priorizando historias de usuario y requisitos.
  • Responsable del cumplimiento de todos los productos/entregables: planificación, aseguramiento de recursos, conformación de equipos, operational readiness e implementación.
  • Gestiona iniciativas conforme al Enterprise Delivery Framework (EDF) y/o Delivery Process del Banco, cumpliendo expectativas del sponsor y objetivos establecidos.
  • Elimina impedimentos, eleva la predictibilidad y asegura el cumplimiento de principios y valores ágiles.
  • Transforma equipos en cascada hacia altos niveles de madurez ágil.
  • Promueve un enfoque “Front-to-Back” en el alcance de procesos y soluciones.

2) Análisis de negocio (discovery a garantía)

  • Acompaña al Product Owner y al negocio en descubrimiento y refinamiento, con cuestionamiento exhaustivo del problema, sus causas y contexto operativo
  • Traduce necesidades de negocio en requerimientos funcionales claros y viables, alineados a objetivos estratégicos y comprensibles para equipos técnicos. Valida historias de usuario, criterios de aceptación y documentación funcional, garantizando su trazabilidad hasta pruebas e implementación. Brinda soporte funcional al equipo técnico durante el desarrollo; colabora con QA y usuarios en pruebas funcionales/integradas y da soporte en periodo de garantía. Identifica oportunidades de mejora en procesos y flujos, maximizando eficiencia y reduciendo desperdicios. 3) Gestión financiera, contratos y proveedores Corresponsable, junto con PO/patrocinador/usuario, de generar resultados (valor/impacto) dentro del presupuesto asignado. Asegura el seguimiento del presupuesto, forecast, análisis de variaciones y cuadres contra contabilidad del Banco. Gestiona contratos y proveedores, incluyendo evaluaciones de riesgo, niveles de servicio y desempeño, con apego a políticas y compliance. 4) Métricas, mejora continua y gobierno Promueve y da seguimiento a métricas de salida y métricas de resultado para equipos e iniciativas. Administra y optimiza el flujo de valor usando tableros de programa y solución; facilita User Story Mapping, roadmaps y sesiones de discovery. Impulsa la entrega continua mediante MVPs e incrementos de valor alineados a resultados esperados. 5) Riesgo, cumplimiento y controles Comprende la cultura de riesgo del Banco y el apetito de riesgo en decisiones cotidianas. Crea un entorno de controles efectivos conforme a los valores de Scotiabank, su Código de Conducta y Principios de Ventas Globales, asegurando idoneidad, cumplimiento y eficacia frente a riesgo operativo, incumplimiento regulatorio, LA/FT y riesgo de conducta. 6) Liderazgo, talento y cultura Promueve un entorno de alto desempeño e implementa una estrategia de fuerza laboral que atrae, retiene, desarrolla y motiva al equipo. Fomenta un ambiente inclusivo, ejerce coaching, comunica visión/valores/estrategia y gestiona planes de sucesión y desarrollo.
