  • Du bereitest Entscheidungsgrundlagen vor, analysierst Daten und recherchierst zu spezifischen Themen, um die Geschäftsführung optimal zu unterstützen.
  • Du unterstützt eigenständig Projekte, koordinierst interne sowie externe Stakeholder und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf.
  • Du behältst Deadlines, Prioritäten und offene Themen im Blick und sorgst dafür, dass die Geschäftsführung stets bestens vorbereitet ist.
  • Du agierst als Bindeglied zwischen der Geschäftsführung und den Fachbereichen, bereitest Meetings vor und stellst einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss sicher.
  • Du erkennst Verbesserungspotenziale in Arbeitsabläufen und entwickelst gemeinsam mit den Teams Lösungen.

Das bist Du

  • Du hast fundierte Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position, idealerweise auch auf der Beratungsseite, mit einem klaren Fokus auf Vertrieb und Marketing.
  • Du bringst mindestens 7 Jahre Berufserfahrung mit und verfügst über einen Diplom- oder Master-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang.
  • Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für betriebliche Zusammenhänge sowie für Vertriebs- und Marketingprozesse und kannst komplexe Themen schnell erfassen, strukturieren und in konkrete Maßnahmen überführen.
  • Deine Arbeitsweise ist proaktiv, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert.
  • Diskretion, Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein zeichnen dich aus.
  • Eigeninitiative, Flexibilität und die Fähigkeit, Prioritäten zu setzen, runden dein Profil ab.
