Das erwartet Dich bei uns

  • Du analysierst Abverkaufs-, Handels- und Marktdaten und bewertest auf dieser Basis die Wirksamkeit unserer Vertriebs- und Marketingmaßnahmen.
  • Du erstellst aussagekräftige Reports, Dashboards und Präsentationen für unsere internen Teams und Kunden.
  • Du analysierst Promotions, Kampagnen und Verkaufsaktionen anhand relevanter KPIs und machst deren Erfolg messbar.
  • Du erkennst Trends und Potenziale in den Daten und leitest daraus konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen für zukünftige Maßnahmen ab.
  • Du bereitest auch komplexe Daten verständlich und zielgruppengerecht auf und präsentierst Deine Ergebnisse souverän gegenüber Kunden und internen Stakeholdern.
  • Du berätst unsere Kunden bei der Interpretation der Analyseergebnisse und unterstützt sie dabei, daraus konkrete Maßnahmen abzuleiten.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Vertrieb, Key Account Management, Marketing und Category Management zusammen.
  • Du stellst eine hohe Datenqualität sicher und entwickelst unsere Analyse- und Reporting-Prozesse kontinuierlich weiter.

Das bist Du

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Statistik, Data Science oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Analyse von Handels-, Scanner- oder Abverkaufsdaten mit – idealerweise aus dem Konsumgüter-, Handels- oder FMCG-Umfeld.
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Excel und hast Erfahrung mit BI-Tools wie Power BI, Tableau oder Qlik. Kenntnisse in SQL sind ein Plus.
  • Idealerweise kennst Du Handelsdatenquellen wie NielsenIQ, Circana/IRI, GfK oder Händlerdaten.
  • Du verfügst über ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und verstehst es, Daten mit betriebswirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen zu verbinden.
  • Du kannst komplexe Analysen verständlich erklären und die wesentlichen Erkenntnisse auf den Punkt bringen.
  • Du trittst souverän auf und hast Freude daran, Deine Ergebnisse auch im direkten Austausch mit Kunden zu präsentieren.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenverantwortlich und lösungsorientiert.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
