Aktuell suchen wir im Auftrag eines unserer exklusiven Kunden nach einem OpEx Manager (m/w/d) im Raum Villingen-Schwenningen.

  • Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Produktions- und Arbeitsprozesse
  • Identifikation und Priorisierung von Produktivitäts- und Verbesserungspotenzialen
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung geeigneter Maßnahmen zur Steigerung von Effizienz und Prozessstabilität
  • Weiterentwicklung und aktive Betreuung von Lean Management und KVP
  • Begleitung von Verbesserungsprojekten sowie konsequente Überprüfung und Nachverfolgung der Wirksamkeit umgesetzter Maßnahmen
  • Erhebung, Aufbereitung und Auswertung relevanter Produktions- und Prozesskennzahlen
  • Weiterentwicklung von Standards, Abläufen und Prozessen zur nachhaltigen Produktivitätssteigerung
  • Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden bei der Umsetzung von Lean- und Verbesserungsmaßnahmen im operativen Tagesgeschäft
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Prozessdokumentationen, Standards und Arbeitsanweisungen
  • Standortübergreifende Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Qualitätssicherung und weiteren Fachbereichen
  • Aktive Mitwirkung beim Aufbau einer nachhaltigen Verbesserungs- und Leistungskultur
  • Perspektivische Weiterentwicklung mit der Möglichkeit, zukünftig Verantwortung als Fertigungsleiter / Head of Operations zu übernehmen
  • Abgeschlossene technische oder produktionsnahe Ausbildung
  • Idealerweise Weiterbildung oder praktische Erfahrung in den Bereichen Produktion, Lean Management, KVP oder Prozessoptimierung
  • Ein abgeschlossenes technisches Studium ist von Vorteil, aber keine zwingende Voraussetzung
  • Gutes Verständnis für industrielle Produktions- und Fertigungsabläufe
  • Praktische Kenntnisse in Lean Management, KVP oder Prozessoptimierung
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Kennzahlen, Auswertungen und MS Office
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität und Freude daran, Veränderungen aktiv voranzutreiben
  • Fähigkeit, bestehende Prozesse kritisch zu hinterfragen und Verbesserungspotenziale zu erkennen
  • Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten im Umgang mit Mitarbeitenden und unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen
  • Bereitschaft zur regelmäßigen Tätigkeit an verschiedenen Unternehmensstandorten
