Aktuell suchen wir im Auftrag eines unserer exklusiven Kunden nach einem Teamleiter Buchhaltung (m/w/d) im Raum Tittisee.

Als Teamleitung Buchhaltung übernehmen Sie die fachliche Verantwortung für unser Rechnungswesen.

  • Verantwortung für die Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Führung des Buchhaltungsteams inklusive Planung und Zuteilung der monatlichen Aufgabengebiete
  • Operative Mitarbeit in der Finanzbuchhaltung, insbesondere in den Bereichen:

Kreditorenbuchhaltung

Debitorenbuchhaltung

Anlagenbuchhaltung

Bankbuchungen und Zahlungsverkehr

  • Unterstützung und Mitarbeit in der Konzernbuchhaltung
  • Abstimmung der Intercompany-Konten mit Tschechien und Mexiko
  • Pflege der Konzernkonten sowie Sicherstellung eines einheitlichen Kontenrahmens
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Wirtschaftsprüfern, Steuerberatern und internen Ansprechpartnern
  • Erstellung und Überwachung der Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen
  • Mitwirkung bei der kontinuierlichen Optimierung von Prozessen und Abläufen im Rechnungswesen
  • Du besitzt eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Bilanzbuchhaltung) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Du hast bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung, idealerweise erst Erfahrungen im Konzernumfeld
  • Du arbeitest gerne im Team, kommunizierst offen und trägst zu einem positiven Miteinander bei
  • Du hast ein hohes Prozessverständnis und gleichzeitig Freude daran, Abläufe aktiv mitzugestalten, zu digitalisieren und weiterzuentwickeln
  • Vorteilhaft ist es, wenn du gute Englischkenntnisse für die Kommunikation mit unseren Standorten in Tschechien und Mexiko mitbringst
  • Und vor allem: Du arbeitest strukturiert, zuverlässig und selbstständig
