Deine Aufgaben

  • Du zündest Leitideen, erzählst Stories mit Sog und verwandelst Strategie in Gefühl – klar, relevant, überraschend.
  • Du gestaltest visuelle Welten mit Charakter, von ikonischen Key Visuals bis zu Designsystemen, die Marken über Bühne, Screen und Print konsistent machen.
  • Du bringst Inhalte in Bewegung: Teaser, Edits und Showpieces mit Tempo, Timing und Ton, die genau dann berühren, wenn es zählt.
  • Du denkst in Räumen und machst Marken begehbar – Szenografie, Spatial Experiences und Installationen, die orientieren, emotionale Tiefe schaffen und wirken.
  • Du verknüpfst Bühne und Bildschirm, schaffst smarte Touchpoints, Echtzeit‑Content, Interfaces und Extensions, die Erlebnisse verlängern und vertiefen.
  • Wichtig: Das sind unsere kreativen Disziplinen – Concept & Copy, Art & Grafik, Motion sowie Film, 3D & Space. Du musst nicht alles abdecken, bewirb dich mit deinem Schwerpunkt!

Idealerweise ist das dein Profil

  • Du brennst für starke Ideen und kannst sie in Text, Bild, Raum oder Bewegung sichtbar machen.
  • Du denkst in Wirkung: zielgruppenorientiert, markenkonform und dramaturgisch auf den Punkt.
  • Dein Toolset passt zu deinem Schwerpunkt.
  • Organisation und Timing hast du im Griff; Trends und neue Formate wecken deine Neugier
  • Außerdem setzen wir eine sichere Ausdrucksfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch voraus.
  • Level-offen: Junior, Professional, Senior/Lead – entscheidend sind dein Drive, deine Lernkurve und deine Wirkung.
