Deine Aufgaben

  • Du machst aus vielen Einzelteilen einen Flow: koordinierst klar, denkst voraus und begleitest das Team sicher bis zum Moment, in dem das Licht angeht.
  • Du gehst auf Entdeckungsreise, findest besondere Orte, Künstler:innen und Partner und lässt unsere Konzepte lebendig werden – deine Recherche ist die Grundlage für magische Momente.
  • Du holst Angebote ein, bewertest sie mit klarem Blick und bereitest Entscheidungen für die Projektleitung vor – Budgets und Ziele hast du sicher im Griff.
  • Du erstellst präzise Timings und klare Briefings, behältst Absprachen im Blick und stellst sicher, dass im dynamischen Projektalltag nichts verloren geht.
  • Du packst vor Ort mit an, übernimmst Verantwortung für deine Bereiche und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Produktionen reibungslos laufen und Gäste beeindruckt nach Hause gehen.

Idealerweise ist das dein Profil

  • Du brennst für Live-Kommunikation: ein Studium oder eine Ausbildung (z. B. Eventmanagement, Kommunikation) ist eine super Basis, noch wichtiger sind Begeisterung und Lust, in diesem Feld durchzustarten.
  • Du hast erste Praxiserfahrung, etwa 1–2 Jahre in Agenturen oder der Eventbranche, und zeigst, dass Organisation in deinem Blut liegt.
  • Du denkst mit, arbeitest dich schnell in neue Themen ein und handelst strukturiert, gewissenhaft und verlässlich.
  • Du bist neugierig und tech‑affin, hast ein Gespür für Veranstaltungstechnik und probierst neue Tools aus. KI nutzt du gezielt dort, wo sie dich sinnvoll unterstützt.
  • Du bist ein energiegeladener Teamplayer, übernimmst Verantwortung und bleibst positiv und lösungsorientiert – auch wenn es mal hoch hergeht.
  • Du kommunizierst fließend auf Deutsch und Englisch und bewegst dich sicher im internationalen Kund:innen‑ und Partnernetzwerk.
