Im Rahmen eines sechsmonatigen Praktikums unterstützt du die Eventmanager:innen bei der Organisation und Durchführung von Veranstaltung, Roadshows, Ausstellungen und Pitchprozessen und erhältst umfassende Einblicke in das Projektmanagement einer Agentur für Live-Kommunikation.

Der frühestmögliche Start des Praktikums ist Februar 2027.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Begleitet von erfahrenen Projektmanager:innen wirkst du an der Planung und Umsetzung großer Veranstaltungen, Ausstellungen und Messen mit.
  • Du übernimmst die Recherche von Locations, Hotels und Künstlern.
  • Ferner holst du Angebote bei Leistungspartner:innen ein, wertest diese aus und übernimmst die Abstimmung mit den beauftragten Subunternehmen.
  • Bei der Produktion der Veranstaltungen vor Ort erweist du dich als verlässliche Unterstützung für das Team und erlebst gemeinsam mit uns und den Gästen unserer Kund:innen echte Glücksmomente.

Idealerweise ist das dein Profil

  • Du bist auf der Suche nach einem Pflichtpraktikum im Umfang von ca. sechs Monaten
  • Du stehst kurz vor dem Abschluss deines Studiums mit Schwerpunkt Eventmanagement, Tourismus, Veranstaltungstechnik, Kommunikationswissenschaften, BWL mit Schwerpunkt Marketing oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
  • Organisation ist dein zweiter Vorname und du möchtest auch als Praktikant:in schon mehr Verantwortung tragen als nur für das Kochen von leckerem Kaffee und dem Produzieren exzellenter Kopien.
  • Du bist ein:e authentische:r Teamplayer:in und überzeugst durch deine gewissenhafte und selbständige Arbeitsweise.
  • Das gemeinsame Ziel des Teams, ein unvergessliches Erlebnis zu schaffen, verfolgst du mit Begeisterung und hoher Einsatzbereitschaft.
