The posting

Estamos buscando un/a Analista de Ciberseguridad Semi Senior para sumarse a nuestro equipo de operaciones de seguridad en Chile, asumiendo un rol de Focal Point.

Serás el principal referente técnico y operativo de los servicios asignados, asegurando su correcto funcionamiento, coordinando la resolución de incidentes y acompañando al equipo en la mejora continua de los procesos y plataformas de seguridad.

¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?

  • Actuar como punto focal técnico de los clientes, realizando seguimiento de incidentes, alertas, requerimientos y compromisos del servicio.
  • Analizar y gestionar incidentes de seguridad de segundo nivel, coordinando acciones de contención, mitigación y remediación.
  • Supervisar y acompañar la operación de analistas SOC L1, gestionando escalaciones y prioridades.
  • Monitorear y optimizar plataformas de seguridad, principalmente Microsoft Defender y Microsoft Sentinel.
  • Coordinar la gestión de vulnerabilidades, desde su identificación y priorización hasta el seguimiento de las acciones de remediación.
  • Articular con equipos de Ingeniería, Infraestructura, Respuesta a Incidentes y especialistas técnicos.
  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora en reglas de detección, políticas de seguridad, alertamiento y casos de uso.
  • Dar seguimiento a indicadores, SLA y compromisos operativos del servicio.
  • Participar en reuniones con clientes, presentando métricas, resultados, incidentes relevantes y planes de mejora.
  • Participar del esquema de guardias pasivas.

¿Qué buscamos en vos?

  • 3 años o más de experiencia en operaciones de seguridad (SOC), incluyendo al menos 1 año en funciones de segundo nivel (L2) o similares.
  • Experiencia en análisis de alertas, investigación y respuesta ante incidentes de ciberseguridad.
  • Manejo práctico de Microsoft Defender, incluyendo investigación de incidentes, políticas de seguridad, acciones de respuesta y Advanced Hunting.
  • Experiencia con Microsoft Sentinel, reglas analíticas, workbooks y consultas en KQL.
  • Conocimientos sólidos de redes, Windows, Linux y Active Directory.
  • Familiaridad con MITRE ATT&CK y metodologías de respuesta ante incidentes (NIST/SANS).
  • Experiencia utilizando herramientas de ticketing y trabajando bajo acuerdos de nivel de servicio (SLA).
  • Disponibilidad para realizar guardias pasivas.

  • Experiencia en tuning de reglas de detección y reducción de falsos positivos.
  • Conocimientos de Microsoft Entra ID, Intune u otras plataformas SIEM/SOAR.
  • Experiencia en gestión de vulnerabilidades y seguimiento de planes de remediación.
  • Experiencia como referente técnico o interlocutor directo con clientes.
  • Inglés técnico para lectura de documentación.
