En INSSIDE estamos buscando un/a Senior Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst para sumarse a un proyecto regional, participando en iniciativas de gestión de identidades, gobierno de accesos e integración de aplicaciones corporativas.

Buscamos un perfil senior que combine una mirada técnica y funcional, con capacidad para comprender las necesidades del negocio, analizar arquitecturas y diseñar e implementar soluciones IAM robustas, escalables y seguras.

¿Cuáles serán tus principales desafíos?

  • Administrar y evolucionar OpenText Identity Manager / Micro Focus Identity Manager.
  • Diseñar, desarrollar e implementar integraciones y conectores IAM entre diferentes sistemas corporativos.
  • Participar en el onboarding de aplicaciones al ecosistema IAM.
  • Implementar y optimizar procesos de provisión, desaprovisión y gobierno de identidades.
  • Relevar requerimientos junto a áreas de negocio y equipos técnicos y traducirlos en soluciones.
  • Evaluar la factibilidad técnica, impactos, dependencias y riesgos de nuevas iniciativas.
  • Trabajar de manera transversal con equipos de Seguridad, Infraestructura, Arquitectura, Aplicaciones y Desarrollo.
  • Participar en iniciativas de automatización, transformación digital y mejora continua.
  • Elaborar documentación funcional y técnica de las soluciones implementadas.

¿Qué necesitamos de vos?

  • +5 años de experiencia trabajando en Identity & Access Management (IAM).
  • Experiencia práctica y comprobable con OpenText Identity Manager / Micro Focus Identity Manager.
  • Experiencia desarrollando e implementando integraciones y conectores IAM.
  • Conocimientos sólidos de IAM, IGA, Gobierno de Identidades, RBAC y gestión de roles.
  • Experiencia trabajando con el ciclo de vida de identidades: Joiner, Mover & Leaver.
  • Experiencia con Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Entra ID y LDAP.
  • Manejo de APIs REST/SOAP y Web Services.
  • Conocimientos de Seguridad de la Información.
  • Inglés avanzado, oral y escrito.
  • Capacidad para interactuar tanto con áreas técnicas como de negocio y transformar necesidades funcionales en soluciones técnicas.

Será un plus contar con:

  • Experiencia implementando soluciones IAM en organizaciones de gran escala.
  • Experiencia en ambientes híbridos On-Premise + Cloud.
  • Conocimientos de MFA, SSO y federación de identidades.
  • Experiencia con PowerShell y automatización.
  • Certificaciones Microsoft como SC-300 o SC-100.
  • Certificaciones de Seguridad como CISSP, CISM o similares.
  • Formación o certificaciones específicas en OpenText / Micro Focus Identity Manager.
