Grande école d’ingénieur généraliste de l’IMT-Institut Mines-Télécom, premier groupe d’écoles d’ingénieurs de France, IMT Atlantique a pour ambition d’accompagner les transitions, de former des ingénieurs responsables et mettre l'excellence scientifique et technique au service de l'enseignement, de la recherche et de l'innovation.

Dans le cadre d’une vacance de poste, la Direction des formations et de la vie scolaire, recrute, au sein de l’équipe stages et formations en entreprise, une ou un gestionnaire administratifve.

Sous le pilotage de la responsable du pôle « Stages et Formation en Entreprise », et en collaboration avec les membres de l’équipe, vous serez amené(e) à interagir avec des interlocuteurs internes et externes (étudiants, apprentis, enseignants-chercheurs, entreprises, personnel administratif) pour traiter des sujets complexes et variés, tels que le suivi des comportements en stage, la gestion des accidents sur les lieux de stage, ou encore la pré-validation des stages.

Vous prendrez en charge la gestion des accords de confidentialité, depuis l’analyse des NDA jusqu’à leur signature par la Direction, tout en assurant le suivi des conventions de stage et la validation des demandes de conventionnement. La rédaction d’attestations et de documents administratifs fera également partie de vos responsabilités.

Parallèlement, vous contribuerez activement à l’organisation des soutenances (fin d’études et intermédiaires) et des journées tutorales, en veillant à une gestion rigoureuse du plan de charge et de la volumétrie. Votre soutien sera précieux pour les différents événements du pôle, ainsi que pour les processus de recrutement et d’évaluation des apprentis et étudiants.

Des déplacements occasionnels sont à prévoir sur Nantes et Rennes.

✔️ Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques (Excel, PowerPoint, messagerie) et possédez une excellente communication écrite et orale.

✔️ Votre rigueur, votre sens de l’organisation et votre capacité à gérer des dossiers complexes seront des atouts majeurs. Une connaissance de l’enseignement supérieur et un anglais professionnel seront appréciés.

✔️ Votre autonomie, votre proactivité, votre sens du service public et votre capacité à travailler en équipe multi-sites seront essentiels pour évoluer dans un environnement riche en interlocuteurs divers.

✔️ Diplomatie, adaptabilité et sens de la confidentialité complèteront votre profil.

🎓 Le profil recherché devra être titulaire d’un diplôme Bac + 2 (ou équivalent) ou justifiant d’une expérience professionnelle d’au moins 4 ans.

💰 Rémunération indicative : à partir de 26 000€ brut annuel, selon le profil et l’expérience (charges salariales réduites en secteur public).
