Aufgaben

  • Fachliche Leitung und Weiterentwicklung eines S2000M-Teams am Standort Kiel
  • Management und Bearbeitung von ASD S2000M Projekten – von der Konzeptionsphase bis zur Abnahme
  • Fachliche Gesamtverantwortung für S2000M Projekte im Norden, schwerpunktmäßig im Marineumfeld
  • Sicherstellung der qualitätsgerechten und termingerechten Lieferung von ILS-Dokumentation gemäß ASD S2000M
  • Beratung und Unterstützung von Kunden sowie internen Projektteams in allen S2000M-relevanten Fragestellungen
  • Aufbau, Pflege und Optimierung standardisierter S2000M-Prozesse, -Methoden und -Werkzeuge
  • Koordination und Abstimmung mit Auftraggebern, Systemhäusern und Behörden, insbesondere im Bereich Marine und Verteidigung
  • Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Angebotserstellung und technischen Klärung im Rahmen von Ausschreibungen
  • Fachliche Begleitung und Mentoring von Junior-Experten und neuen Teammitgliedern
  • Regelmäßige Präsenz am Standort Kiel sowie beim Kunden vor Ort

Qualifikationen & Kenntnisse

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Informatik, Technische Dokumentation oder eine vergleichbare technische Berufsausbildung mit langjähriger einschlägiger Berufserfahrung im Bereich S2000M
  • Mehrjährige, nachgewiesene Berufserfahrung in der Erstellung und Verwaltung von ILS-Dokumentation nach ASD S2000M
  • Tiefgehendes Verständnis der S2000M-Spezifikation (alle relevanten Data Modules, BREX, SCORM, etc.)
  • Erfahrung im Marineumfeld oder mit marinen Waffensystemen ist ausdrücklich erwünscht
  • Kenntnisse gängiger S2000M-Authoring-Tools (z. B. S1000D/S2000M-konformer XML-Editoren, CSDB-Systeme)
  • Ausgepägte Führungskompetenz sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich zu vermitteln
  • Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung, Qualitätsbewusstsein und strukturierter Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, sowie gute Englischkenntnisse für die Arbeit mit internationalen Normen und Dokumenten
  • Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Dienstreisen, insbesondere zum Standort Kiel
