Aufgaben

  • Führen komplexer Projekte im Rahmen der Systemintegration marinebezogener Anlagen und Systeme
  • Termin- und Kostenplanung sowie deren Überwachung. Bei Bedarf Abstimmen und Initiieren von Maßnahmen zur Gegensteuerung
  • Überwachung und Pflege der Projektdokumentation
  • Definition und Zuweisung von Arbeitspaketen an die Teammitglieder
  • Koordination der Umsetzung von Leistungsbeschreibungen zu einem Systemdesign
  • Analyse und Ableitung der systemrelevanten und funktionsdefinierenden Kundenanforderungen sowie Einleitung entsprechender System- und Funktionsanalysen zur Bewertung von Aufwand, Kosten und Risiken
  • Sicherstellen der Vollständigkeit der Funktionsanalyse und der Interface Matrix
  • UAN und Lieferantensteuerung (Anforderungsdefinition, Überwachung der Leistungserbringung, Qualitätssicherung durch entsprechende Prüf- und Abnahmeprozeduren, Terminkoordinierung mit anderen Gewerken)
  • Planung und Durchführung vielseitiger Entwicklungsaufgaben im militärischen Bereich
  • Erstellung und Bewertung von Kundenanforderungen wie z.B. Leistungsbeschreibungen (Lastenhefte)
  • Koordination zur Erstellung von Prüf- und Abnahmedokumenten, sowie Systembeschreibungen (Inbetriebnahmeanleitungen, Konfigurationsbeschreibungen, u.ä.)
  • Erstellen oder Überprüfen von Prüfunterlagen (FAT/HAT/SAT)

Qualifikationen & Kenntnisse

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau, Mechatronik oder vergleichbar
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich der Elektrotechnik und Mechanik
  • Kenntnisse in der Netzwerktechnik, insbesondere in der Konfiguration von Netzwerkstrukturen sind wünschenswert
  • Erfahrungen mit militärischen Systemen, insbesondere Kommunikations- und Unterstützungssystemen sowie Funksystemen wie Richtfunk und SATCOM sind von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse in militärischen Datenlinksystemen, z. B. Link 11, Link 16, Link 22 oder JREAP-C sind ebenfalls von Vorteil
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Muttersprache oder vergleichbares Niveau), sowie solide Englischkenntnisse
  • Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Effizientes Zeitmanagement und zielorientiertes Arbeiten
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Hohe Adaptionsfähigkeit und Flexibilität
