Aufgaben

  • Systemengineering für Führungs-, Waffen- und Einsatzsysteme (FüWES) im Bereich Software- und Hardwareentwicklung
  • Analyse von Kundenanforderungen sowie Ableitung von System-, Subsystem- und Komponentenanforderungen
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Systemspezifikationen, Schnittstellenbeschreibungen und Architekturkonzepten
  • Entwicklung und Integration von Software- und Hardwarekomponenten in komplexe Gesamtsysteme
  • Durchführung von Systemdesign, Systemmodellierung und -architektur (z. B. MBSE)
  • Planung, Koordination und Durchführung von Integrations-, Verifikations- und Validierungsaktivitäten
  • Technische Abstimmung mit internen Fachbereichen (Software, Hardware, Mechanik, Test, Qualität)
  • Unterstützung bei Angebotserstellung und Aufwandsschätzungen
  • Technische Betreuung von Unterauftragnehmern und Partnern
  • Mitwirkung bei Systemabnahmen, Reviews und Kundenpräsentationen
  • Sicherstellung und Dokumentation von Systemfunktionalitäten und -performance

Qualifikationen & Kenntnisse

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Informatik, Systemtechnik, Nachrichtentechnik oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Systems Engineering komplexer technischer Systeme
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Software- und/oder Hardwareentwicklung
  • Erfahrung mit Führungs- und Waffensystemen oder sicherheitskritischen Systemen von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse in Systems-Engineering-Methoden (z. B. INCOSE, MBSE, SysML)
  • Erfahrung im Requirements Engineering und Konfigurationsmanagement
  • Kenntnisse relevanter Normen und Standards (z. B. ISO, MIL-Standards, DoD MIL-STD-498 je nach Anwendungsbereich)
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Analytisches und systemübergreifendes Denkvermögen
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
