Aufgaben

  • Leitung und Koordination komplexer nationaler und internationaler Projekte im Defence-Bereich unter Einhaltung von Zeit-, Qualitäts- und Budgetvorgaben
  • Verantwortung für die vertragliche Abwicklung und Steuerung von Projektaufträgen in Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, Partnern und Behörden
  • Erstellung von Projektplänen, Statusberichten und Entscheidungsvorlagen zur internen und externen Kommunikation
  • Erstellung fundierter Entscheidungsvorlagen sowie Koordination von Themen außerhalb des eigenen Entscheidungsrahmens
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und Ausarbeitung von Angeboten auf Grundlage einer qualifizierten Kalkulation
  • Durchführung von Projektbesprechungen, Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Informationsflusses im Team und Fokussierung auf die Erreichung gesetzter Projektziele
  • Identifikation und Bewertung von Risiken sowie Entwicklung geeigneter Gegenmaßnahmen
  • Fachliche Führung eines interdisziplinären Projektteams
  • Steuerung der Projektfinanzen in enger Abstimmung mit dem Controlling
  • Durchführung und Moderation von Projektbesprechungen und Reviews
  • Verhandlung von Vertragsänderungen und Nachforderungen in Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsbereichsleitung
  • Sicherstellung einer lückenlosen Projektdokumentation und eines strukturierten Berichtswesens
  • Präsentation des Unternehmens uns seines Produktportfolios

Qualifikationen & Kenntnisse

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in einer technischen Fachrichtung wie Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Projektmanagement bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer Projekte im Defense- oder sicherheitsrelevanten Umfeld erforderlich
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Vertrags- und Projektmanagement, vorzugsweise nach IPMA, PMI oder PRINCE2
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit öffentlichen Auftraggebern und militärischen Beschaffungsprozessen von Vorteil
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Durchsetzungsvermögen und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
