Essa é uma oportunidade para atuar como Coordenador(a) MediaLab em uma das maiores fundações de impacto social do país, liderando uma frente estratégica de tecnologia e inovação voltada para iniciativas de Educação, Cultura e transformação digital.

Você será responsável por conectar tecnologia, inovação e negócio, atuando como uma liderança estratégica na evolução das soluções digitais da instituição. A posição tem como principal desafio impulsionar novas formas de pensar, estimular o uso de tecnologias emergentes e garantir que iniciativas de experimentação se transformem em soluções concretas e escaláveis.

A oportunidade combina liderança de pessoas, visão estratégica, articulação com diferentes áreas e capacidade de traduzir desafios de negócio em possibilidades tecnológicas, contribuindo diretamente para projetos de grande impacto social.

Modelo presencial – São Paulo/SP (região Paulista/Consolação) Modelo de trabalho: 4 dias presenciais e 1 dia remoto

Responsabilidades da função:

  • Liderança e Gestão de Time

Liderar e desenvolver o time da área, promovendo evolução técnica e comportamental dos profissionais.

Atuar como referência para o time, garantindo direcionamento, priorização e conexão entre as diferentes frentes.

  • Tecnologia, Inovação e Experimentação

Atuar na evolução das iniciativas de inovação, prototipação e experimentação tecnológica.

Estimular a aplicação estratégica de novas tecnologias nos projetos da instituição.

Identificar oportunidades de automação, transformação digital e melhoria de processos.

  • Articulação Estratégica

Atuar como ponte entre Tecnologia e áreas de negócio, conectando desafios estratégicos a soluções digitais.

Traduzir necessidades das áreas em oportunidades tecnológicas.

Participar de discussões estratégicas, representando a área e contribuindo com visão de futuro.

Requisitos

  • Experiência consolidada em tecnologia, inovação e transformação digital.
  • Vivência em liderança de times técnicos e gestão de pessoas.
  • Experiência em gestão de projetos e desenvolvimento de soluções digitais.
  • Capacidade de transitar entre áreas técnicas e de negócio.
  • Conhecimento em tecnologias como AWS, bancos de dados SQL/NoSQL e Python será considerado diferencial.
  • Experiência com ambientes de experimentação, prototipação ou inovação será um diferencial.
  • Inglês avançado.
