Sobre a vaga e missão do cargo

Você fará parte do time de E-commerce do Inter Shop, assumindo um papel estratégico na construção e no desenvolvimento de parcerias para nosso marketplace. Sua missão será identificar oportunidades, fortalecer relações comerciais e impulsionar o crescimento sustentável do negócio, contribuindo diretamente para a evolução de GMV e da base de clientes. Além disso, você estará à frente da gestão e desenvolvimento do time, conectando estratégia, execução e pessoas para impulsionar os resultados do negócio.

No seu dia a dia, você vai:

  • Atuar na gestão e negociação de parcerias com empresas do varejo e da indústria;
  • Acompanhar e analisar indicadores e KPIs do negócio, avaliando expectativas de retorno, resultados e oportunidades, além de propor planos de ação que potencializem o crescimento;
  • Gerir a equipe, promovendo o desenvolvimento das pessoas e apoiando a evolução do time;
  • Garantir disciplina e excelência na execução dos projetos, assegurando que os planos acordados sejam colocados em prática, acompanhados e mensurados;
  • Desenvolver materiais e apresentações executivas para reporte de resultados, principais indicadores e alavancas de crescimento

O que buscamos

Obrigatórios:

  • Disponibilidade para atuar de forma totalmente presencial no nosso escritório em São Paulo/SP;
  • Ensino superior completo em Administração ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência em gestão e negociação de parcerias comerciais, com forte habilidade de negociação e relacionamento com parceiros de varejo e/ou indústria;
  • Perfil analítico e orientação a resultados, com experiência no acompanhamento de indicadores e KPIs de negócio, análise de retorno e resultados e construção de planos de ação para crescimento;
  • Experiência em gestão de equipes e desenvolvimento de pessoas;
  • Forte capacidade de execução e acompanhamento de planos de ação, garantindo disciplina na implementação, mensuração e evolução das iniciativas;
  • Experiência na construção de materiais e apresentações executivas, com capacidade de consolidar e comunicar resultados, indicadores e principais alavancas do negócio;
  • Conhecimento avançado do Pacote Office, principalmente Excel e PowerPoint.

Desejáveis:

  • Inglês intermediário ou avançado;
  • Vivência em times comerciais, marketplaces, bancos, varejo ou indústria.
