Sobre a vaga e missão do cargo:

Você fará parte do time de Jurídico Trabalhista do Banco Inter, atuando de forma estratégica na prevenção e mitigação de riscos trabalhistas, prestando suporte consultivo às áreas de negócio e gerenciando demandas contenciosas relevantes. Sua missão será contribuir para a tomada de decisões seguras, equilibrando inovação, agilidade e segurança jurídica em um ambiente dinâmico e em constante transformação, apoiando projetos estratégicos e fortalecendo a governança das relações de trabalho.

No seu dia a dia, você vai:

  • Prestar consultoria jurídica trabalhista às áreas de negócio, Pessoas & Cultura e demais áreas corporativas. Elaborar pareceres jurídicos, memorandos e análises de risco sobre temas trabalhistas, sindicais e estratégicos. Atuar na gestão do contencioso trabalhista, acompanhando processos relevantes e escritórios terceirizados. Conduzir reuniões de alinhamento de estratégia processual com stakeholders internos e escritórios parceiros. Realizar análise de contingências, subsídios para provisões e acompanhamento de indicadores jurídicos. Participar de audiências trabalhistas, quando necessário, e apoiar a definição das estratégias de defesa. Coordenar a seleção e preparação de testemunhas e prepostos para audiências trabalhistas. Revisar e elaborar documentos, políticas internas, comunicados e instrumentos relacionados às relações de trabalho. Apoiar projetos estratégicos da companhia, identificando riscos e propondo soluções juridicamente viáveis. Acompanhar mudanças legislativas, regulatórias e jurisprudenciais, disseminando conhecimento para as áreas impactadas. Atuar em temas envolvendo jornada de trabalho, remuneração variável, programas de incentivo, terceirização, relações sindicais e demais questões trabalhistas. Contribuir para a mitigação do passivo trabalhista e para o fortalecimento da cultura de conformidade e segurança jurídica no Grupo Inter. Desenvolver treinamentos e orientar lideranças sobre boas práticas trabalhistas e prevenção de riscos.

O que buscamos

Obrigatórios:

  • Graduação completa em Direito.
  • Inscrição ativa e regular na OAB.
  • Mínimo de 4 anos de experiência em Direito do Trabalho.
  • Experiência em consultivo e/ou contencioso trabalhista empresarial.
  • Vivência na elaboração de pareceres jurídicos e análise de riscos trabalhistas.
  • Experiência na gestão de processos trabalhistas e interface com escritórios terceirizados.
  • Conhecimento sólido em Direito do Trabalho e Processo do Trabalho.
  • Experiência na condução ou acompanhamento de audiências trabalhistas.
  • Experiência na seleção e preparação de testemunhas e prepostos.
  • Habilidade para atendimento consultivo a áreas de negócio, RH e lideranças.
  • Conhecimento intermediário do Pacote Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel, Word e PowerPoint.

Desejáveis:

  • Pós-graduação ou especialização em Direito do Trabalho e/ou Processo do Trabalho.
  • Experiência em empresas de grande porte, instituições financeiras, fintechs ou meios de pagamento.
  • Vivência com negociação coletiva e relações sindicais.
  • Conhecimento em gestão de contingências e provisões trabalhistas.
  • Experiência em temas relacionados a remuneração variável, jornada de trabalho, terceirização e programas de incentivo.
  • Conhecimento em Power BI.
  • Inglês intermediário.
