Sobre a vaga e missão do cargo

Você fará parte do time de Data Science da área de Growth, com foco na visão cliente. Sua atuação englobará a construção de análises estatísticas, o desenvolvimento de projetos robustos de machine learning e a realização de experimentos, proporcionando aos nossos clientes experiências hiperpersonalizadas com o Inter e gerando valor para o negócio.

No seu dia a dia, você vai:

  • Desenvolver soluções no time de Data Science, explorando grandes volumes de dados e aplicando modelos estatísticos e de machine learning, com foco na visão do cliente.
  • Implementar e produtizar os modelos criados, apresentando resultados de forma clara para stakeholders e acompanhando o desempenho em produção.
  • Validar hipóteses por meio de experimentos e testes apropriados.
  • Colaborar diretamente com as áreas de negócio para criar soluções que atendam às necessidades práticas do dia a dia, gerando impacto direto no negócio.
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com engenheiros de dados e analistas em projetos multidisciplinares, construindo soluções robustas.
  • Apoiar o desenvolvimento e crescimento técnico de membros juniores e plenos do time, compartilhando conhecimento e experiências.

O que buscamos

Obrigatórios:

  • Conhecimentos sólidos em aplicação de Estatística e Machine Learning na construção de soluções considerando grandes volumes de dados
  • Domínio em SQL
  • Experiência em implentação de projetos de Ciência de dados ponta a ponta.
  • Domínio da linguagem python (bibliotecas ex: pandas, scikit-learn, numpy, matplotlib, seaborn, XGBoost, LightGBM)
  • Experiencia em Apache Spark para manipular grandes volumes de dados
  • Conhecimentos em versionamento de modelos, boa capacidade de comunicação, didática e apresentação

Desejáveis:

  • Experiência na construção de soluções utilizando IA generativa considerando boas práticas
  • Experiência em Sistemas de recomendação e algoritmos de otimização
