Missão do cargo Você fará parte do nosso time de Experiência do Cliente (CX) e atuará diretamente na jornada dos nossos usuários, com a missão de ser o guardião da experiência, revertendo cenários negativos e garantindo a satisfação, o sucesso e a fidelidade de cada cliente que confia no Inter.

No seu dia a dia, você vai:

  • Atuar na linha de frente do atendimento a clientes em situações críticas e de alto atrito, através dos canais de Voz, WhatsApp e E-mail.
  • Analisar e investigar os casos de clientes detratores, buscando a causa raiz de suas insatisfações para propor a melhor solução.
  • Aplicar soluções e contornar situações complexas para reverter experiências negativas, sempre com foco em qualidade e empatia.
  • Colaborar com times internos, como Produto, Tecnologia e Operações, para assegurar a resolução completa das demandas.
  • Registrar feedbacks e insights para a melhoria contínua de nossos processos, produtos e serviços.

O que buscamos Obrigatórios:

  • Cursando ensino superior em Administração, Comunicação, Relações Públicas, Marketing ou áreas correlatas.
  • Excelente capacidade de comunicação verbal e escrita, com foco em clareza, objetividade e empatia.
  • Resiliência, proatividade, organização e pensamento crítico para lidar com situações desafiadoras.
  • Gostar genuinamente de interagir com pessoas e ter uma mentalidade focada na solução de problemas.
  • Disponibilidade para atuar presencialmente em nosso escritório de Belo Horizonte.
  • Disponibilidade para atuar no horário da manhã.

Desejáveis:

  • Vivência prévia com atendimento ao público, suporte ao cliente, customer success ou vendas.
  • Certificação CPA-10 ou CPA-20.
  • Experiência com ferramentas de CRM, como Salesforce.
  • Inglês ou Espanhol em nível intermediário.
