Obiectivul postului este acela de a contribui la creșterea și consolidarea canalului eB2B, prin dezvoltarea relațiilor cu clienții și susținerea transformării digitale a procesului de vânzare. Vei avea un rol esențial în migrarea clienților către platforma online și în dezvoltarea performanței comerciale în zona alocată.

Responsabilități principale:

• Dezvolți și administrezi portofoliul de clienți eB2B, urmărind atingerea obiectivelor de vânzări și activare a clienților.

• Identifici și atragi clienți noi către platforma eB2B.

• Susții tranziția clienților din canalul tradițional către comenzile online și utilizarea autonomă a platformei.

• Oferi suport și instruire clienților pentru utilizarea eficientă a funcționalităților platformei.

• Monitorizezi și analizezi activitatea clienților, propunând acțiuni pentru creșterea vânzărilor și fidelizarea acestora.

• Menții standardele de distribuție și vizibilitate a produselor în zona alocată.

• Colaborezi cu echipele de vânzări pentru identificarea oportunităților de dezvoltare a canalului eB2B.

• Asiguri gestionarea corectă și la timp a încasărilor de la clienții din portofoliu.

• Elaborezi rapoarte și analize privind performanța comercială și activitatea clienților.

📌 Activitatea presupune deplasări frecvente în teren în județele arondate zonei de responsabilitate: Bacau, Iasi, Vaslui, Piatra Neamt

  • Studii medii (cu diplomă de Bacalaureat) sau superioare;
  • Experiență în vânzări, relații cu clienții sau dezvoltare comercială (avantaj experiență în relațiile comerciale cu lanțuri locale de magazine);
  • Orientare către rezultate și utilizarea datelor în luarea deciziilor.
  • Abilități digitale și interes pentru comerțul electronic.
  • Permis de conducere categoria B (fără incidente/minim 1 an experiență);
