Als Teammanager QA & Regulatory heb je een belangrijke rol bij één van de grootste snackproducenten van Europa. Wij maken producten die miljoenen consumenten kennen: van snacks en noten tot pindakaas en kroepoek. Achter deze producten staat een organisatie waarin kwaliteit, innovatie en voedselveiligheid elke dag opnieuw de basis vormen voor alles wat we doen.

Kwaliteit begint met collega’s die weten waar ze voor staan en samen de juiste keuzes maken. Als Team Manager QA & Regulatory geef jij leiding aan ons centrale QA-team en zorg je dat kennis, kwaliteit en de praktijk in onze fabrieken bij elkaar komen.

Je zorgt voor verbinding binnen de organisatie, helpt onze manier van werken verder te verbeteren en weet complexe kwaliteitsvraagstukken om te zetten in heldere keuzes en oplossingen.

Jouw rol als Team Manager QA & Regulatory Vanuit Doetinchem geef je leiding aan een team van 8 QA-professionals, actief binnen Regulatory, Customer Feedback, Compliance en leveranciersbeoordeling. Samen zijn jullie de centrale vraagbaak voor onze verschillende productielocaties in Doetinchem, Lelystad, Hardinxveld-Giessendam en Zevenaar.

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

  • coachen, ontwikkelen en aansturen van jouw team;
  • verder professionaliseren en harmoniseren van onze QA-werkwijze;
  • richting geven aan het kwaliteitsbeleid voor onze locaties;
  • borgen van compliance met wetgeving, klantstandaarden en interne richtlijnen;
  • ondersteunen bij audits, specificaties, klachten en leveranciersbeheersing;
  • begeleiden van escalaties en complexe kwaliteitsvraagstukken.

Als onderdeel van het regionale team maak je deel uit van de Q-pilaar binnen onze IWS-werkwijze. Vanuit deze rol help je mee om onze manier van werken verder te verbeteren, verspillingen te verminderen en kwaliteit nog sterker te verankeren in onze dagelijkse processen. Samen werk je aan een cultuur van eigenaarschap, standaardisatie en continu verbeteren.

Wat bieden wij?

Je komt terecht in een ervaren QA-team wat een stevige basis vormt. Je krijgt veel ruimte om samen met je team zaken slimmer aan te pakken, verder te professionaliseren en je eigen ideeën in de praktijk te brengen. Daar zetten we goede arbeidsvoorwaarden tegenover:

· Een bruto maandsalaris tussen €5.640 - €8.450, passend bij jouw kennis en ervaring;

· Een jaarcontract voor 40 uur per week, met de intentie om dit daarna om te zetten naar een contract voor onbepaalde tijd;

· Een leaseauto;

· 25 vakantiedagen en 3 ADV-dagen per jaar (op fulltime basis);

· Een pensioenregeling waarbij wij twee derde van de premie betalen;

· Mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen Intersnack.

Je standplaats is Doetinchem, waar ook jouw team werkt. Daarnaast ben je regelmatig te vinden op onze andere productielocaties.

Jouw ingrediënten

Je hebt een stevige basis binnen Quality in de voedingsmiddelenindustrie en weet hoe het er in een productieomgeving aan toegaat. Deze praktijkervaring is belangrijk: je begrijpt daardoor wat er speelt op de werkvloer en weet hoe je jouw team en collega’s in de fabriek optimaal kunt ondersteunen.

Verder breng je mee:

  • een relevante hbo- of wo-opleiding, bijvoorbeeld Levensmiddelentechnologie, Food Business of Voeding & Diëtiek;
  • ruime ervaring binnen QA, Quality of Food Safety in de voedingsmiddelenindustrie;
  • ervaring met specificaties, klachten, audits en kwaliteitsprocessen;
  • ervaring met het coachen of aansturen van een team;
  • je bent besluitvaardig en kunt keuzes goed onderbouwen, ook wanneer verschillende belangen spelen;
  • je communiceert makkelijk in zowel het Nederlands als Engels.
