Wil jij werken met fijne moderne technologie, in een job waarin je belangrijke werk gewaardeerd wordt? Dit is jouw droombaan als je het leuk vindt complexe problemen van klanten te analyseren excellent op te lossen.

In deze veelzijdige functie als ICT-beheerder ben jij verantwoordelijk voor onze klanten op locatie. Jouw hoofdtaak is het oplossen van IT-problemen van onze eindgebruikers. Daarnaast doe je updates, hardware migraties en andere werkplek gerelateerde werkzaamheden. Jouw doel is dat de eindgebruiker altijd zijn werk kan blijven doen.

Je werkt met de nieuwste technologie (denk aan Microsoft 365, Azure en Microsoft Teams) op clients en servers, maar ook met switches, firewalls en telefonie kun jij uit de voeten.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Een afgeronde technische MBO niveau 4/HBO opleiding (informatica).
  • 3 jaar relevante werkervaring.
  • Sterk ontwikkelde communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel in woord als geschrift.
  • Analytisch sterk ontwikkeld en klantgericht ingesteld.
  • In staat technische vraagstukken te analyseren en oplossingen te implementeren.

Technische kennis van:

  • Microsoft 365 (Intune, Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Windows Clients & Windows Server.
  • Microsoft Azure.
  • Active Directory.
  • Netwerkbasiskennis: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN.
