Job Title:

Social Insurance Supervisor

Job Description

The Social Insurance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all social insurance operations, ensuring compliance with Egyptian Social Insurance regulations, managing the team’s day-to-day activities, and maintaining strong relationships with governmental authorities and external stakeholders. The role will ensure timely processing of all social insurance transactions and drive continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage the Social Insurance team.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable Egyptian Social Insurance laws and regulations.
  • Oversee Form 1, Form 6, salary amendments, and all related social insurance activities.
  • Manage relationships with Social Insurance offices and governmental authorities.
  • Monitor service levels, productivity, and operational KPIs.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and drive implementation.
  • Support audits and compliance reviews.
  • Prepare operational reports and provide updates to management.
  • Train, coach, and develop team members.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Law, HR, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Social Insurance operations.
  • Minimum 2 years of people management or supervisory experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Egyptian Social Insurance regulations and procedures.
  • Experience dealing directly with governmental authorities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good command of English.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred.
