Votre mission :

  • Téléprospection : Vous interviendrez auprès d’une clientèle professionnelle variée, allant de PME aux grandes entreprises, en ciblant décideurs et managers commerciaux, à partir de notre base de données sur Salesforce.
  • Gestion des appels entrants : Vous serez le premier point de contact pour nos prospects, en offrant une expérience client de qualité.
  • Gestion de l’agenda des commerciaux : Vous assurerez une organisation fluide et efficace des rendez-vous.
  • Mise à jour de la base de données : Vous veillerez à la tenue et à la qualité des informations enregistrées pour garantir leur pertinence.

Le profil que nous recherchons :

  • Formation : Diplômé(e) d’un Bac +5, vous justifiez d’une première expérience en téléprospection BtoB.
  • Autonomie et rigueur : Vous êtes autonome, organisé(e), et doté(e) d’un sens aigu de l’écoute.
  • Aisance téléphonique : Une bonne élocution et un réel confort dans les échanges téléphoniques sont indispensables.
  • Compétences digitales : Vous possédez une excellente maîtrise des outils CRM, tels que Salesforce, et êtes parfaitement à l’aise avec les usages du web et des réseaux sociaux. Votre solide culture du secteur technologique, notamment en matière de nouvelles technologies et d’intelligence artificielle, vous permet non seulement de rester à la pointe de l’innovation, mais également d’anticiper et de comprendre les tendances émergentes du marché.
