Votre mission :

En tant que Customer Customer Onboarding Specialist, vous serez le premier point de contact stratégique post-vente. Votre rôle est clé pour garantir une expérience client fluide, personnalisée et engageante.

Vos activités

  • Piloter le parcours d’intégration client de bout en bout, de l’activation à la phase "closing".
  • Coordonner les différentes étapes de l’onboarding : Réunion de cadrage des besoins, Paramétrage Applicatif, Accompagnement téléphonique à l’utilisation, Hypercare, Réalisation des actions correctives Closing, Validation de la Satisfaction et contrôle des KPI’S
  • Adapter l’approche selon les typologies de comptes (low, mid, high touch).
  • Identifier les objectifs d’usage du client et assurer l'atteinte de leur objectif)
  • Collaborer avec les équipes Success pour assurer la passation.
  • Suivre les KPIs onboarding : complétion, CSAT, délais, Taux d’Usage...
  • Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des parcours (contenus, outils, automatisation, hypercare...).
  • Contribuer à la notoriété de l'entreprise en identifiant des clients ambassadeurs pour relayer leur avis par les avis google ou témoignages
  • Mettre à jour le CRM avec les étapes d’onboarding

Le profil que nous recherchons :

Vos compétences et expériences :

  • Expérience en Customer Success, Formation client, AM, CSM ou Support, idéalement en environnement SaaS.
  • Excellente capacité à gérer des projets multi-interlocuteurs.
  • Sens du service client, rigueur, pédagogie, adaptabilité.
  • À l’aise avec les outils CRM et environnements agiles.
  • Une connaissance des marchés publics ou de la vente B2B est un plus.
