Nous recherchons un.e Chargé.e de Médiation Financière avec du talent et expérimenté.e pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique. Accompagné.e par votre Team Manager, vos missions principales seront les suivantes :

•Prendre en charge et traiter les demandes des clients débiteurs par téléphone, mails.

•Négocier des plans de paiement, échéanciers, des études de solvabilité.

•Accompagner les clients débiteurs afin de proposer des solutions amiables.

•Traiter les factures et effectuer des relances préventives.

•Procéder aux encaissements et à la mise en place des prélèvements.

•Assurer le suivi des dossiers dans le respect de la déontologie, des processus et consignes de l'entreprise.

Ce que vous apporterez :

•Discours clair, professionnel et argumenté

•Sens de la négociation et goût du challenge

•Polyvalent(e), autonome et faisant preuve d’écoute active

•Connaissances des techniques de relation client multicanales

•Connaissance de l’outil informatique (Microsoft Office)

Nous vous proposons :

•Un emploi du lundi au vendredi

•Horaires (roulements avec l'équipe, amplitude 8h30-18h)

•Choix du contrat : 35h ou 37h + 1 RTT par mois

•Mutuelle et prévoyance

•Rémunération entre smic et 2100 euros bruts

•Titres restaurants de 10 euros par jour travaillé (dont 60% pris en charge par l’employeur)

•CSE (chèques cadeau, tarifs préférentiels vacances,…)

•Prise en charge de la moitié de votre abonnement de transport en commun et mobilité douce

Processus de recrutement : 1 entretien RH + 1 entretien avec la Team Manager.
