Nous recherchons pour notre client acteur de référence dans le secteur BTP

un Directeur Commercial senior et confirmé (H/F)

Le candidat idéal aura une expérience solide dans la vente de produits et services liés au BTP, ainsi qu'une excellente connaissance du marché et des clients.

Il aura pour mission :

- Développer et mettre en œuvre la stratégie commerciale de l'entreprise pour atteindre les objectifs de vente

- Gérer , fidéliser et développer un portefeuille de clients dans le secteur du BTP

- Identifier et prospecter les nouvelles opportunités commerciales

- Négocier et conclure des contrats avec les clients

- Gérer les relations avec les clients et les partenaires commerciaux

- Collaborer avec les équipes techniques et opérationnelles pour répondre aux besoins des clients

- Analyser les données de vente et de marché pour optimiser la stratégie commerciale

- Gérer et former une équipe commerciale pour atteindre les objectifs de vente

Profil attendu :

- Expérience minimale de 10 ans dans la vente de produits et services liés au BTP avec une responsabilité similaire d'au moins 5 années

- Connaissance approfondie du marché et des clients dans le secteur du BTP

- Excellentes compétences en négociation, vente et relation client

- Capacité à gérer et développer une équipe commerciale

- Connaissance des outils de gestion de la relation client (CRM)

- Diplôme supérieur en marketing, commerce ou ingénierie
