Pour notre client , Groupe leader dans l’industrie automobile en plein développement , pour son site de production à Kénitra AFZ , recherchons

Engineering Manager (H/F)

Rattaché au Directeur des opérations vous avez comme mission principale : la responsabilité du démarrage de tous les équipements de production (neufs et transférés) et du démarrage de la production de nouveaux produits , en exécutant l'analyse de capacité et le transfert de connaissances selon le plan de démarrage à savoir:

• Création et de la révision des normes, de la réalisation d'une analyse des capacités, travail en coordination avec les responsables pour améliorer la productivité dans toute l'usine.

• Supervision de la mise en œuvre des outils de fabrication LEAN.

• L'élaboration du budget de capacité de l'usine.

• En coordination avec le directeur des opérations , établir et mettre en œuvre les exigences d'expansion de l'usine.

• Standardisation des lignes de production.

• Assurer une amélioration continue des processus, des coûts, de la qualité et de la production.

• Analyser continuellement le processus de fabrication, et déterminer les axes d'amélioration.

• Conception et mise en œuvre des processus et équipements de fabrication.

• Veiller à ce que les PPAP, les essais, les changements d'ingénierie, soient effectués en fonction des dates et des responsabilités définies dans le PCP

• Supervision de l'ingénierie de fabrication, industrielle, produit et usine.

• Participer et se conformer aux exigences du système de gestion de la qualité IATF 16949 et du système de gestion environnementale ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 correspondant à leur poste. Préparer des preuves de conformité et soutenir les audits.

Profil requis :

- Formation : formation supérieure technique / diplôme d'ingénieur.

- Expérience : 10 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire. idéalement dans le secteur Automobile (département ingénierie), et ayant assuré une activité de démarrage d'usine ou transfert d'activité

- Langues : Français / Anglais exigés.

-Expérience confirmée dans des projets d'ingénierie industrielle / analyse et la résolution rapide de problèmes pour l'amélioration continue

• Connaissance en ingénierie industrielle (standardisation et équilibrage des lignes de production, des temps et des mouvements, des implantations)

• Expertise en fabrication Lean et en 6 sigma
