Pour notre client , entreprise nationale de référence dans le secteur BTP nous recherchons le profil suivant:

Responsable SMQ (Système de Management de la Qualité) :

Vos Responsabilités:

  • Développement et mise en œuvre du SMQ* : Développer et mettre en œuvre un système de management de la qualité efficace pour l'entreprise.
  • Gestion des processus* : Gérer les processus de l'entreprise pour assurer leur efficacité et leur conformité aux normes de qualité.
  • Contrôle des documents* : Contrôler les documents de l'entreprise pour assurer leur exactitude et leur mise à jour.
  • Formation et sensibilisation* : Former et sensibiliser les employés sur les principes et les pratiques de la qualité.
  • Audit et évaluation* : Réaliser des audits et des évaluations pour mesurer l'efficacité du SMQ et identifier les opportunités d'amélioration.
  • Gestion des non-conformités* : Gérer les non-conformités et les défaillances pour prévenir leur récurrence.
  • Amélioration continue : Promouvoir l'amélioration continue de la qualité et de l'efficacité de l'entreprise.

Votre Profil

Vous êtes diplômé (e) ingénieur en qualité, en gestion ou dans un domaine connexe.

Vous justifiez d'une expérience réussie dans un poste de responsable qualité de 2 années au

moins

Vos compétences:

-Gestion de projet et en planification stratégique.

- Analyse et en résolution de problèmes.

-Communication et en leadership.

- Connaissance des normes de qualité telles que ISO 9001.

feront de vous le candidat idéal avec votre:

- Attitude proactive et orientée vers l'amélioration continue.

- Capacité à travailler en équipe et à motiver les employés.

- Discrétion et confidentialité.
