Dla naszego Klienta, międzynarodowej organizacji, poszukujemy osoby, która chce rozwijać się w szeroko rozumianym HR i zdobywać doświadczenie w pełnym zakresie procesów People & Culture. To rola łącząca HR Operations, administrację personalną, rekrutację, rozwój i zaangażowanie pracowników oraz wsparcie bieżących procesów HR.

Główne zadania:

  • Bieżąca realizacja procesów HR zgodnie z lokalną strategią oraz standardami Grupy.
  • Koordynacja pełnego cyklu życia pracownika – od rekrutacji i onboardingu, przez działania rozwojowe i employee engagement, po offboarding.
  • Wsparcie pracowników w bieżących kwestiach dotyczących HR, polityk i procedur.
  • Koordynacja miesięcznych danych do payroll oraz współpraca z zewnętrznym dostawcą usług płacowych.
  • Aktualizacja danych pracowniczych, zmian dotyczących zatrudnienia oraz dokumentacji zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami.
  • Obsługa benefitów pracowniczych – zgłoszenia, aktualizacje oraz komunikacja.
  • Udział w usprawnianiu procesów oraz praktyk HR.

Poszukujemy osoby, która:

  • Posiada doświadczenie w HR i chce dalej rozwijać się w szerokiej roli 360°.
  • Zna podstawowe procesy związane z cyklem życia pracownika oraz polskie prawo pracy.
  • Ma doświadczenie lub chce rozwijać kompetencje w obszarze HR Operations, payroll i systemów HR.
  • Jest dobrze zorganizowana, dokładna i odpowiedzialna.
  • Jest proaktywna i chętnie angażuje się w usprawnianie istniejących procesów.
  • Posiada dobre umiejętności komunikacyjne i interpersonalne.
  • Biegle posługuje się językiem angielskim.
