Poszukujemy doświadczonego managera do roli: Interim Export Manager (k/m)

Nasz Klient: polski producent z branży FMCG

Start: wrzesień 2026

Czas trwania: minimum 6 miesięcy, z możliwością przedłużenia

Zaangażowanie: docelowo 5 dni w tygodniu

Model pracy: hybrydowy + wyjazdy handlowe na rynki zagraniczne

Lokalizacja: woj. pomorskie

Główne zadania w projekcie:

  • Audyt obecnych rynków eksportowych i wybór rynków priorytetowych
  • Analiza klientów i wybór kluczowych dystrybutorów oraz przygotowanie planów rozwoju współpracy
  • Audyt i optymalizacja pricingu, Incoterms, rabatów i marżowości
  • Wdrożenie standardów zarządzania sprzedażą i regularnego przeglądu lejka sprzedażowego
  • Bezpośrednie zaangażowanie w kluczowe negocjacje z dystrybutorami
  • Zarządzanie i mentoring rozproszonego zespołu eksportowego

Oczekiwania Klienta:

  • Udokumentowane doświadczenie w sprzedaży eksportowej i rozwoju biznesu na wielu rynkach zagranicznych
  • Doświadczenie w branży kosmetycznej / drogeryjnej / FMCG, ewentualnie fashion / apparel
  • Doświadczenie w pricingu, zarządzaniu portfolio i rentownością sprzedaży międzynarodowej
  • Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu zespołem i wdrażaniu standardów sprzedażowych
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego
  • Przedsiębiorczy, hands-on styl pracy i gotowość do bezpośredniego zaangażowania w działania handlowe
