Poszukujemy interim / fractional managera do roli: CEO / Dyrektor Zarządzający (k/m)

Nasz klient: polska firma technologiczna rozwijająca innowacyjne rozwiązania dla branży budowlanej (start-up)

Lokalizacja: woj. śląskie

Start projektu: ASAP (listopad 2026)

Zaangażowanie: model elastyczny / fractional, z obecnością na miejscu dostosowaną do etapu rozwoju organizacji

Kluczowe cele:

  • Operacyjne uruchomienie i rozwój działalności firmy, w tym wdrożenie procesów biznesowych oraz przygotowanie organizacji do skalowania.
  • Organizacja i koordynacja procesów produkcyjnych, logistycznych oraz realizacji projektów w obszarze prefabrykacji budowlanej.
  • Opracowanie i wdrożenie modelu sprzedaży, obejmującego pozyskiwanie klientów, rozwój sieci partnerów biznesowych oraz standaryzację procesów handlowych.
  • Budowa i rozwój zespołu oraz wdrożenie efektywnego modelu zarządzania operacyjnego i komunikacji wewnętrznej.
  • Współtworzenie i realizacja strategii rozwoju firmy na rynkach krajowym i zagranicznych, w tym przygotowanie organizacji do dalszej ekspansji i współpracy z inwestorami.

Preferowane doświadczenie i kompetencje:

  • Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu firmą, jednostką biznesową lub złożonymi projektami operacyjnymi w branży budowlanej, preferowane budownictwo szkieletowe i prefabrykacja.
  • Praktyczna znajomość procesów produkcyjnych i realizacji inwestycji budowlanych, od planowania i prefabrykacji po logistykę oraz montaż.
  • Udokumentowane sukcesy w budowaniu i rozwijaniu struktur biznesowych, wdrażaniu procesów oraz uruchamianiu nowych przedsięwzięć (preferowane środowisko start-up’owe).
  • Doświadczenie w rozwoju sprzedaży, budowaniu sieci partnerów handlowych lub wykonawczych oraz ekspansji na nowe rynki.
  • Silne kompetencje przedsiębiorcze, strategiczne i operacyjne, samodzielność oraz podejście hands-on.
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego; znajomość niemieckiego będzie dodatkowym atutem.

Dodatkowo: możliwość długofalowego zaangażowania w rozwój przedsięwzięcia oraz wypracowania indywidualnego modelu partycypacji w jego wynikach.
