Start projektu: listopad 2026

Czas trwania projektu: 3-6 miesięcy z możliwością przedłużenia

Lokalizacja: woj. kujawsko-pomorskie

Kluczowe cele:

  • Opracowanie i wdrożenie działań naprawczych ukierunkowanych na ograniczenie liczby reklamacji i poprawę jakości w całym procesie operacyjnym.
  • Identyfikacja przyczyn źródłowych problemów jakościowych oraz koordynowanie działań usprawniających na poszczególnych etapach procesu – od zamówienia po serwis.
  • Weryfikacja i optymalizacja planu naprawczego jakości oraz zapewnienie skutecznej realizacji kluczowych inicjatyw poprawiających jakość.
  • Zbudowanie efektywnego systemu zarządzania jakością, zapewniającego bieżące monitorowanie wyników i trwałe utrzymanie założonych standardów.
  • Rozwój kompetencji zespołu jakości oraz wsparcie obecnego Kierownika Jakości w skutecznym zarządzaniu obszarem i wdrażaniu trwałych usprawnień.

Niezbędne wymagania:

  • Udokumentowane doświadczenie w przeprowadzaniu procesów poprawy jakości w zakładzie produkcyjnym, zakończonych mierzalnymi rezultatami.
  • Wieloletnie doświadczenie w środowisku produkcyjnym o dużej złożoności produktowej np. w branży stolarki, meblarskiej, AGD lub elektromechanicznej.
  • Praktyczna znajomość metod i narzędzi doskonalenia jakości oraz procesów, w szczególności Lean, Six Sigma, 8D, RCA i CAPA.
  • Doświadczenie w prowadzeniu międzydziałowych inicjatyw naprawczych i skutecznym egzekwowaniu realizacji działań.
  • Praktyczne, operacyjne podejście do pracy, oparte na obecności na hali produkcyjnej, analizie danych i bezpośrednim zaangażowaniu w rozwiązywanie problemów.
