IOTA Group recrute un Chef de projet Vie Série H/F pour l’un de ses partenaires, spécialisé dans les systèmes électroniques embarqués destinés à des applications exigeantes.

Basé à Cesson-Sévigné, vous interviendrez sur des produits déjà en production série. Vous serez au cœur des échanges entre les équipes d’industrialisation, de production, de qualité, d’achats et d’ingénierie, avec un objectif concret : piloter les évolutions produit et coordonner la résolution des problèmes rencontrés tout au long de leur cycle de vie.

Description du poste

Vous pilotez la performance des produits en production série. Votre rôle consiste à comprendre les problèmes, mobiliser les équipes compétentes et suivre leur résolution, dans un environnement où les processus sont déjà en place.

Vos principales missions :

  • Piloter les modifications et les évolutions produit tout au long de leur cycle de vie.
  • Coordonner les équipes industrialisation, production, qualité, achats et ingénierie, ainsi que les échanges avec le client.
  • Suivre le traitement des non-conformités et assurer le reporting associé.
  • Veiller à la performance des produits en production série.

Qualifications

  • Diplôme d’ingénieur exigé.
  • Expérience dans le pilotage de produits fabriqués en série, avec une interface directe avec les équipes industrielles et techniques.
  • Expérience aéronautique appréciée, mais non obligatoire : les profils issus de l’automobile, de la défense ou d’autres industries de production en série sont également étudiés.
  • Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais.

  • Rythme : sur site, 5 jours par semaine.
  • Contrat : freelance, CDIC ou portage salarial.
  • IGD : prévues si le consultant réside hors de la zone.
