IOTA Group recherche un Ingénieur PMO / Lean pour accompagner l’un de ses partenaires sur un site industriel aéronautique à Mantes-la-Ville.

La mission associe amélioration continue et pilotage d’un portefeuille de projets de progrès, avec un objectif : renforcer la structuration des démarches du site et donner à la Direction des Opérations une vision claire de leur avancement.

Description du poste

Vous interviendrez à la fois sur la conduite des projets d’amélioration continue et sur la coordination du portefeuille de projets du site.

Amélioration continue et Lean

  • Réaliser des diagnostics et analyser les processus existants pour identifier les axes de progrès.
  • Piloter des projets d’amélioration continue et des démarches Lean.
  • Accompagner les équipes dans la mise en œuvre des changements.

PMO et pilotage du portefeuille

  • Structurer le portefeuille des projets de progrès du site.
  • Consolider les plannings, suivre les jalons et anticiper les risques.
  • Produire des indicateurs consolidés et un reporting utile à la prise de décision.
  • Contribuer à améliorer la maturité du processus de pilotage des démarches de progrès.

Qualifications

  • Expérience en amélioration continue, Lean ou excellence opérationnelle, associée à une pratique du pilotage de projets ou du PMO.
  • Capacité à structurer un portefeuille de projets, à suivre les risques et à produire des indicateurs pour le management.
  • Maîtrise de MS Project.
  • Aptitude à travailler avec les équipes opérationnelles et à accompagner le changement.
  • Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais.

  • Rythme : sur site, 5 jours par semaine.
