IOTA Group recherche un Directeur de projet pour accompagner l’un de ses partenaires dans le pilotage de grands projets d’infrastructure à Genève.

Dans un contexte de développement de son portefeuille de projets, notre partenaire souhaite renforcer sa capacité à structurer et diriger des opérations complexes, mobilisant de nombreuses équipes et parties prenantes.

Description du poste

Vous prenez en charge la direction globale de projets d’envergure, depuis la mise en place de leur organisation jusqu’au pilotage de leur exécution. Votre responsabilité porte sur la cohérence d’ensemble du projet et la capacité des équipes à tenir leurs engagements.

Vos principales missions :

  • Définir la gouvernance du projet, les rôles et les responsabilités, notamment au moyen d’une matrice RACI.
  • Coordonner les responsables de lots, spécialistes et parties prenantes clés.
  • Piloter le planning général, anticiper les risques et définir les actions nécessaires.
  • Superviser les enjeux contractuels, budgétaires et calendaires.
  • Défendre les intérêts de l’entreprise auprès du client, notamment lors de discussions relatives aux délais supplémentaires ou aux compensations financières.
  • Accompagner la montée en charge des équipes, fédérer les collaborateurs et gérer les tensions propres aux projets complexes.

Qualifications

  • Expérience confirmée en direction de projets ou de programmes complexes et de grande envergure.
  • Solides compétences en gouvernance de projet, management d’équipes, gestion des risques et pilotage contractuel.
  • Capacité à prendre du recul, à arbitrer et à maintenir la mobilisation des équipes dans un environnement exigeant.
  • Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais.
  • Une expertise technique dans une discipline particulière n’est pas le critère principal : l’expérience en direction globale de projet sera déterminante.
