The IT Administrator will provide first-level technical support to our team, ensuring timely resolution of IT-related issues and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. They will be responsible for resolving technical issues via phone, email, and in-person support. This role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network problems, documenting incidents, and escalating complex issues to senior members of the IT team as appropriate.

  • 3-5 years of experience in IT administration, system support, or network management.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux environments, networking protocols, and cloud services.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and eagerness to learn new technologies.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Assist in maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud systems.
  • Support system security and compliance efforts by following industry best practices.
  • Perform routine system updates, patches, and backups to ensure data integrity and system reliability.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, escalating complex problems when needed.
  • Help administer enterprise applications, including Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and virtualization platforms.
  • Participate in IT projects, such as system upgrades and deployments.
  • Document IT processes, troubleshooting steps, and system configurations.
  • Provide technical support to employees and assist in resolving IT-related queries.
  • Collaborate with vendors and service providers under senior IT team supervision.
