Als Head of Logistics (m/w/d) übernimmst du End-to-End Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung, Performance und zukünftige Ausrichtung unserer Logistikorganisation bei IronMaxx. Ein zentraler Schwerpunkt deiner Rolle liegt auf dem strategischen und operativen Ausbau unserer internen Lagerstrukturen - inklusive der Planung und Umsetzung eines neuen Lagerstandorts. Gleichzeitig bereitest du unsere Logistikstrukturen auf weiteres internationales Wachstum vor und stellst sicher, dass die Schnittstellen zwischen Produktion, Supply Chain, Einkauf, Sales, Operations, Finance und externen Logistikpartnern reibungslos funktionieren.

Du verbindest strategische Netzwerkentwicklung mit operativer Umsetzungskraft und sorgst für eine hohe Warenverfügbarkeit, effiziente Materialflüsse, skalierbare Lagerprozesse und wettbewerbsfähige Logistikkosten.

Warehouse Development & Infrastruktur

  • Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung und Professionalisierung der internen Lager- und Logistikstrukturen bei IronMaxx
  • Steuerung der Planung, des Aufbaus und der Implementierung eines neuen Lagerstandorts - von der Anforderungsdefinition und Layout-Planung bis zum operativen Go-Live
  • Entwicklung skalierbarer Lagerprozesse für Wareneingang, Einlagerung, Kommissionierung, Verpackung, Nachschub und Warenausgang
  • Entwicklung von Lager- und Kapazitätskonzepten auf Basis des Unternehmenswachstums, der Sortimentsentwicklung und zukünftiger Absatzprognosen
  • Bewertung und Implementierung geeigneter Lagertechnologien, Automatisierungslösungen, Systeme und operativer Standards
  • Optimierung von Lagerproduktivität, Bestandsgenauigkeit, Flächennutzung, Durchsatz und operative Kosten
  • Sicherstellung ausreichender Lagerkapazitäten bei Wachstum, saisonalen Peaks, Promotions und Produktlaunches
  • Aufbau klarer Prozesse, Verantwortlichkeiten, Standards und KPIs innerhalb der Lagerorganisation

Internationale Logistik & Netzwerkentwicklung

  • Entwicklung skalierbarer Logistikstrukturen zur Unterstützung der weiteren internationalen Expansion von IronMaxx
  • Aufbau und Optimierung des internationalen Speditions-, Lager- und Distributionsnetzwerks
  • Entwicklung von Logistikkompetenzen für neue Länder, Kunden, Handelspartner und Vertriebskanäle
  • Bewertung von Make-or-Buy-Entscheidungen sowie der optimalen Kombination aus eigenen Lagerstrukturen und externen 3PL-Partnern
  • Auswahl, Verhandlung, Steuerung und kontinuierliche Bewertung internationaler Logistik- und Speditionsdienstleister
  • Entwicklung zukunftsfähiger Logistikkonzepte für B2B, B2C, Retail und internationale Distribution
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Zoll-, Export-, Gefahrgut- und internationalen Versandanforderungen

Supply-Chain-Schnittstellen & Operational Excellence

  • Verantwortung für die logistischen Schnittstellen entlang der gesamten Supply Chain
  • Etablierung klarer Verantwortlichkeiten sowie strukturierter Planungs-, Übergabe-, Kommunikations- und Eskalationsprozesse
  • Enge Abstimmung mit Supply Chain und Sales hinsichtlich Absatzplanung, Warenverfügbarkeit, Kapazitätsbedarfen und Distributionsprioritäten
  • Frühzeitige Integration logistischer Anforderungen in Demand Planning, Promotions, Produktlaunches und internationale Expansionsprojekte
  • Kontinuierliche Identifikation und Beseitigung von Engpässen, Ineffizienzen und operativen Risiken

Leadership, Controlling & Performance Management

  • Führung, Entwicklung und Professionalisierung der Logistikorganisation sowie Aufbau der notwendigen Strukturen für die nächste Wachstumsphase
  • Etablierung klarer Verantwortlichkeiten, Ownership und Performance-Standards innerhalb des Teams
  • Entwicklung und Steuerung relevanter Logistik-KPIs für Lieferzuverlässigkeit, Lagerproduktivität, Bestandsgenauigkeit, Kosten, Lead Times, Kapazitäten und Service Levels
  • Verantwortung für Logistikbudgets, Kostenstrukturen, sowie die Umsetzung von Effizienz- und Optimierungsprogrammen
  • Aufbau strukturierter Performance Reviews für interne Logistikprozesse und externe Dienstleister
  • Nutzung von Daten und operativen Erkenntnissen für kontinuierliche Verbesserungen und Investitionsentscheidungen
  • Vertretung der Logistik in strategischen Unternehmensprojekten und Management-Entscheidungen sowie Agieren als cross-funktionaler Sparringpartner

Dein Skillset - stark wie unser Protein

  • Mehrjährige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung in Logistik, Lagerlogistik, Distribution oder Supply Chain, idealerweise im FMCG-Umfeld
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Entwicklung, dem Aufbau, der Erweiterung oder Optimierung von Lagerstandorten
  • Erfahrung in internationaler Logistik, Speditionsmanagement, Lagernetzwerken und 3PL-Steuerung
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Zoll, Export, Gefahrgut und internationalen Versandprozessen
  • Erfahrung in KPI-basierter Steuerung, Budgetierung und Kostenoptimierung
  • Ausgeprägte Führungs-, Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Kompetenz
  • Hohes Maß an Ownership, Umsetzungsstärke und Entscheidungsfähigkeit
  • Hands-on-Mentalität kombiniert mit strategischem und unternehmerischem Denken
  • Freude an einem dynamischen, schnell wachsenden Unternehmensumfeld
  • Anwenderkenntnisse in SAP
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
