Leadership & Ownership

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung unseres Marketplace-Teams
  • Durchführung von Mitarbeitergesprächen und aktive Förderung von Entwicklungspotenzialen (Trainings, Weiterbildungen etc.)
  • Zentraler Ansprechpartner für interne und externe Schnittstellen sowie Partner
  • Verantwortung für das Marktplatzbudget in enger Abstimmung mit dem CEO – mit Fokus auf Effizienz, Wachstum und Profitabilität

Strategie & Performance Growth

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von ganzheitlichen Marktplatz-Strategien (Amazon & internationale Plattformen)
  • Planung und Steuerung von Performance-Marketing-Kampagnen (PPC, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display)
  • Entwicklung von SEO-Strategien zur nachhaltigen Steigerung von Sichtbarkeit und Conversion
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Head of DTC zur kanalübergreifenden Performance-Optimierung
  • Durchführung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen zur Identifikation neuer Wachstumspotenziale
  • KPI-basierte Steuerung und Optimierung (ACoS, Conversion Rate, Impressions etc.)

Operatives Excellence & Skalierung

  • Ganzheitliches Management des internationalen Amazon-Geschäfts (1P & 3P, FBM & FBA)
  • Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Auftragsabwicklung in Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen
  • Erstellung von Forecasts (Umsatz, Lagerbestände, Absatzmengen) sowie regelmäßiges Reporting
  • Steuerung und Optimierung von Produktlistings (PDP, Store, SEO, Variantenlogik)
  • Organisation und Pflege von Stammdaten sowie Steuerung von Listungsprozessen
  • Internationale Rollouts neuer Produkte auf Marktplätzen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung steuerlicher, regulatorischer und abrechnungstechnischer Anforderungen
  • Skalierung und Weiterentwicklung internationaler Marktplatzprojekte

Dein Skillset - stark wie unser Protein

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Management von Amazon und internationalen Marktplätzen
  • Führungserfahrung im E-Commerce oder Marketplace-Umfeld
  • Tiefes Verständnis von Amazon (1P/3P, FBA/FBM, Advertising, SEO, Algorithmus)
  • Stark ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und sicherer Umgang mit relevanten KPIs
  • Erfahrung in Budgetsteuerung und Performance-Optimierung
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und unternehmerische Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsstärke
  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
