1、参与AI算法研发与落地，负责数据处理、模型训练及优化，主攻以下一种或多个方向： （1）NLP自然语言处理：大模型、语义理解、信息抽取、知识图谱、对话生成等； （2）语音算法：ASR语音识别、TTS语音合成、声纹、语音大模型等； （3）CV计算机视觉：目标检测、图像分割、OCR、图像/视频生成、数字人、AIGC等； （4）数据挖掘与GNN：基于深度学习、图网络开展业务建模，支撑推荐、风控、用户画像等业务优化； 2、跟进AI前沿技术，落地优质算法方案，迭代优化业务效果； 3、完成团队安排的其他技术工作。

1、计算机相关专业，硕士研究生及以上学历，留学人员需取得教育部学历学位认证； 2、熟练掌握 Python、C/C++、Java 至少一种编程语言，代码功底扎实； 3、熟悉至少一个相关方向主流算法与模型，具备系统认知：NLP相关算法、CV图像视觉算法及OpenCV工具、语音信号处理、数据挖掘与GNN模型（Wide&Deep、DeepFM、GCN等）； 4、掌握深度学习基础原理，熟练使用Pytorch、TensorFlow、PaddlePaddle任一主流框架，可独立解决实际问题； 5、具备算法创新思维，善于结合业务场景优化模型，积极负责，学习能力、执行力、沟通协作及环境适应能力良好。
